There was an empty beer can, long black hairs, and an unidentified white pill on the floor in my room upon check-in. The "mini-bar" was nothing more than 2 beers in a refrigerator that didn't work, forcing me to call for ice every day (which never arrived on some days). The restaurant experience was ATROCIOUS, with long lines and waits to get into the buffet, a sea of dirty tables, a scavenger hunt for clean plates, little to no attention from waitstaff (don't expect coffee with your breakfast unless you make your own in the lobby), and lukewarm food. And don't think that you can skip the line and order room service, because that will cost you extra! Most of the staff (bartenders, servers) seemed inconvenienced by your needs and took no pride in their work. The only exception were the bartenders at the Pool bar, they were the shining stars in this whole experience! Overall, I think the place was just too big for its infrastructure--yes, this hotel can HOLD thousands of guests, but they CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE thousands of guests.
