The image online is not exactly where you think you will be staying,
The hotel location is great , close to many activities, restaurants and walking distance to the beach, ( Flamingo bar is a place they recommend their customer to go at the beach, a $10 USD minimum is required to be allowed to lay on their lounge chairs. The hygiene in the hotel itself is horrendous, smelly room, rusty faucets and sinks
and shower waters is salty, Security: there is a keyed bedroom knob at the entry door! Anyone can pry open. We both my friend and I developed a skin rash from ( what I’m guessing ) bed bugs! We were planning a 4 night stay and had to leave the second day.

We had an okay trip to DR. The “hotel” is more like apartments, and people do seem to live here actually also. The rooftop pool is so awesome, and literally the best part of the place. The room is clean, but we killed probably 4-5 cockroaches in the room. Stove was all rusty. When arriving, the door didn’t lock & we were 2 women in their early 20s who are both ＞ 130lbs. When requesting a new room, they “fixed” the door and refused to give us a new room. Scary location - we didn’t feel safe walking around at night here as women. Also, were scammed by a very nearby restaurant called “Bohio Punta Cana”. Free breakfast was awesome. No conditioner, only shampoo and “gel”? No hand soap. The shower seems to be salt water. I would honestly recommend staying on a resort if you come to DR, otherwise you might never want to come back.

Location great! Facilities…not so good!
If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again.

I had paid my stay during booking weeks in advance. When i got to the property at 6:30pm, i found its offices closed. Locals where trying to help me carry luggage which was very uncomfortable. I called number that was attached to the glass door & no answer. Security guard called an “attendant” and no answer. I was left wondering the streets with wife & luggages. Worst experienced ever. I had to pay a hostel $100 for overnight stay & no hot water but at least found somewhere to stay.

This property can not be named hotel.
The room is was dirty ,terrible smell all the dishes was sticky and un usable.
In a kitchen everything was rusty.
The air conditioning in place cold air pushed dirt and bed smells.
For seven nights ve got two towels only .
In a bathroom no hand towels and no hot water ,
I’m showering in a cold water
The noise end the laud music lets you fall in sleep after four a clock every night.
Definitely I can not recommended to nobody this place.
Just destroyed my vacation!!

Neve will I ever go back there. They do not advertise correctly. Everything in the pictures that’s advertised is false, they have roaches, no wash cloths, no blankets, no hot water, water smells like swear, the AC don’t work, they didn’t give us the room we paid for, the bed was very small.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Was there for 5 minutes before leaving to stay somewhere else. It was absolutely disgusting, rude staff, no beach, no restaurants, no wifi, no hot water, no ac. DO NOT STAY HERE

I was received by a very rude receptionist. The rm was not what i expected. There was No Bottled water and the water available was SALT WATER coming from the tap!!!!
I had contacted the Staff thru the WhatsApp # I was given and noone answered my texted but they had time to read them.
I finally went to the reception the following day and their excuse for not answering was that they had too many messages.
I was asking for 2 towels and a blanket since i was only given the sheet on the bed even though i booked it for 4 people and my daughter and granddaughter had to sleep on a pleather sofa bed with no sheets!!!
