Outdated Condo complex no restaurants or limited groceries avail in this location you need car or Uber at $20 each way to get something, was not busy had the pool and beach with limited people, lots of lounges, nice beach for walking shade and beds available! Wifi good! We stayed in E103 if your on a limited budget and can overlook these things go for it. Musty smell limited kitchen supplies, black mould various places, patio door squeeky and doors, nice size patio looking at rotten gazebo tub with car fumes occasionally coming in ground floor by parking! Nice pool to walk in, one pool 18” nice for small kids, double bed in large room with closet was comfortable not great, king bed same comfort but in smaller room, lots of blistering paint, tv good for Spanish speaking but shuts off a lot checked the sleep mode it was off! Watched on my tablet a lot! Coffee maker pods but you have to hold lever down one hold until finished! Limited kitchen supplies have them show you how to use oven stove before they leave! No toaster or blender for piña coladas! The dolphin sanctuary next door was fun to swim outside the gate or stand by the beach and watch! The say you can buy a all inclusive at the Serenade next door for $90 US per person but that’s very limited apparently Pearl resort it’s $35US. Just bring US money to bother converting Canadian to Dominican Restaurant are expensive average $80 per person don’t forget 28% tax plus tip
