Every thing was ok until the last day me and my family we had stomach upset then Diarrhea for 3 days I do t know from where could be food or water . That was the only bad thing . Overall the place and service and staff were all very good

Hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly Some were very pushy about attending a 90 minute presentation to sell you a membership.
Beach was horrible as there was seaweed everywhere.
Pools were clean but overcrowded.
Food was okay..Hard Rock Cafe was absolutely disgusting, my husband actually got sick.
Overall would recommend for the price.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms clean, the water in one of the pools looks dirty and the buffet doesn't have many options, they never serve mangu for breakfast, which for me is basic for breakfast, and almost never fried chicken, which is what children eat the most.

Loved our stay & the property. Only downfall to our trip was the seaweed on the beach. Apparently August is when mass amounts of seaweed wash up to shore, so we didn't enjoy the ocean water as I had imagined. This is obviously not the resorts fault, just mother nature & a lack of knowledge on my part. The resort did their best to clean it up every morning running tractors to discard as much as they could. Not all resorts along the beach were doing this & we were very grateful for their efforts! Definitely looking forward to returning at a different time of year when the seaweed isn't taking over the shoreline.
The pool, the views, the staff & the excursions were all amazing!

We loved it! The place is very nice, the green areas are very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, the waiters and bartenders. We used the kids' club for our 7-year-old son, and they are WONDERFUL, the treatment is super special, and they have lots of activities. The entertainment for adults is SUPER, they have a great and fun program. The food is very good and has a lot of variety. We'll definitely be back.

Cons first then Pros.
Cons: We felt that majority of the staff did not smile and was a little condescending. We noticed that in the morning the property felt like it was dirty in some areas. Food plates were left around the property from the night before. The tongs/utensiles to get food from the Buffett were very difficult to use. We did not get coffee and water service during the Buffett in a timely manner after asking for it several times. No US dollar ATM on property. Our concierge said they were only able to make one reservation per restaurant during our 7 day trip. We wanted to have Italian twice and we could not. They could use a swim up bar or another pool side bar. TV did not work. Third bed leg was broken. They fixed it but not really because it fell off again. There is no exception for kids club ages. Our 13 and 11 year old could not be together. The best part of the 11 year old club is as the trampoline in which it was broken. We got dropped off at the hotel 2 doors over after and excursion and the driver of one of the golf carts seemed irritated to drive us back to our location.
Pros: check in/check out was easy. Our concierge was always smiling and great! Cudos to Rosa! The woman that handled our excursions did a great job. Food was excellent. Pools were clean and nice. Activity’s and entertainment was good.

"Our stay was underwhelming due to several operational issues and inconsistent service.
Upon check-in, our room keys were not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to resolve. Each time, only partial success was achieved, leading to repeated inconvenience.
Crucially, no introductory information about the hotel's facilities (e.g., buffet hours, amenity locations) was provided. We had to call the front desk for all basic details.
Many advertised facilities, including restaurants and the kids' play zone, consistently opened 15-20 minutes late. We recommend arriving 30 minutes after the stated opening time to avoid waiting.
While most staff were pleasant, some were unhelpful. A front desk employee named Reina (white shirt) notably became uncooperative and unhelpful after we declined her offer to attend a 'Star Member' conference."
