Privilege Club at Ocean Blue & Sand - All Inclusive

The entertainment team was top-notch, keeping boredom at bay! From mornings at the beach to afternoons by the pool and evenings in the lobby, every moment was packed with fresh, exciting activities. Truly the best team ever! Our first visit to the Dominican Republic was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hotel and its incredibly friendly staff. The entertainment team made a significant impact on our stay. Drama Queen (Ansli) was a delightful presence, always smiling and radiating happiness. Sexy Boy (Jairo) captivated us with his vibrant personality and exceptional dancing skills. His moves were so enticing that they made me want to join in while he was dancing. Chipijamer's (Henry) positivity and dance moves always made me smile, while Mr. Blue consistently encouraged everyone to join in the fun with his fantastic dance moves and cheerful demeanour. All of them were skilled dancers, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Our favourite pool bar bartender, Yoan Mota, made our stay even more enjoyable with his constant cheerfulness and excellence cocktail recommendations. The hotel's photographer, Yordany, was extremely polite, captured wonderful moments for us, and even taught us a couple of Dominican words. The only downside was that we weren't aware of the privilege option when booking. We felt there were restrictions due to this. For instance, we were told we could visit the Italian restaurant anytime, but 'black bracelet' guests had priority, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for a table. The restaurant by the beach for breakfast was also reserved for privilege guests, although we could sit there for lunch. This selection was disappointing. In summary, the hotel boasts a fantastic team that always made time for a small pep talk, making our stay immensely enjoyable.

The staff is what makes this place great. See Elvin who is the hardest working person we have seen. He has gone above and beyond for best service. Within 24 hours we had him at the steakhouse breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant all times he has been wonderful thank you Elvin for a wonderful service.

Where to start, I have been to punta Cana 10x and this hotel was nice but not somewhere I would consider going back. Rooms were ok, just to sleep no issue however the bathroom was hardly cleaned bathtub was beyond gross, especially coming with a toddler Mikes coffee shop my absolute favourite and the staff are so friendly The buffet at night ****** The Japanese was amazing The Route 66 was amazing The steak house we loved However getting reservations was nearly impossible we had to pay off the guy who books them in order to even have the reservation at a decent time again for my toddler, Entertainment in the day lacks especially for the kids at night it was amazing Beach very clean Pool was great We still had a great Family trip

We went there for 7 nights and it was a life time experience. This hotel is huge, lot of activities everyday. There is lot of variety of food, from Japanese to Mexican, Continental to Italian. Staff was very friendly. There are few names I would like to mention… Yoel Reyes, Harry Geraro…. Will definitely come back.

We had an amazing time! Our first time at an all inclusive resort and we would definitely go back! Our butler(Jhary G) was amazing and took care of our every need. We had just a few issues with our first room and he ended up moving us to make our 30th anniversary stay the best it could be. We came there to relax and enjoy each other and that’s what we did! All the staff were pleasant and helpful, had good food, Mike’s coffee shop became our favorite hang out, all in all, a wonderful trip.

I had amazing time at the spa and the buffet and of course the best of all is ms drama queen I had the best time with her at the entertainment with her. Her dancing was really amazing. I’m so glad to be here to spend time at this amazing hotel it really is as good as they say
