The hotel needs to organise itself better, three times (I made the record, I arrived to pick up the card and I went back the card to go) I was charged for the daily. I paid qdo made the reservation on day 14/11.....e gets super bored vc staying talking that has already been paid.

The only distress was the reservation. I booked a room with a couple bed and there was only a room with 2 beds. According to the reception they had no longer available for several days and one of each was available on the reservation site. I believe the problem was in trip.com.
