Ruim! Primeiro quarto geladeira não funcionava. Mudei de quarto. Sujo. Café da manhã (das 7 as 9) péssimo, chega depois das 8 só tem farelo. Suco tang e margarina. Perguntei pra funcionária se tinha mais queijo, me olhou com cara de * e foi buscar de má vontade. QR code de entrada não funcionou. Wi-fi não conectou. Disseram que a limpeza era a cada 2 dias. Cheguei na quarta, não teve limpeza na sexta porque era feriado, não fazem limpeza no fim de semana. Pedi mais uma toalha porque meu marido ia chegar, trouxeram uma verde, velha e muito pequena. Não tinha controle do aparelho de TV a cabo. Cortinas imundas, sofá nojento. As funcionárias até que se esforçam pra atender bem nessas condições. Não recomendo.

Excelente localização, instalações novas, maravilhosas, aconchegante, café da manhã muito bom. Tudo muito limpo, as cooperadores são muito atenciosas. Somente achei mais complicado a questão da garagem, só um controle para todos os hóspedes. Meio trabalhoso, mas nada que atrapalhe muito.

Fiz uma reserva e quando chegou a data a reserva não tinha sido feita.... E o pior foi que ao contatar o Hotel (Moisés), este teve uma postura antiprofissional e mal educada. Sem comprometimento.... Não é confiável. Não indico! Nota zero.
