1. Kami diberikan sikat gigi bekas dan tidak ada odol nya, ( sikat gigi bau pembersih lantai )
2. Housekeeping tidak ramah ketika ditanyai
3. Wastafel tidak bisa digunakan kran nya tidak mengeluarkan air
4. Air panas hanya berkapasitas 10liter jadi tidak bisa berendam di bathub menggunakan air panas
5. Waktu check in telat sekitar jam 4 baru bisa check in dikarenakan baru mulai dibersihkan, besoknya jam 12 kami sudah diminta untuk meninggalkan villa, sempat berdebat dengan housekeeping akhirnya kami diberi kesempatan untuk chekout jam 2lebih dikit
