The location of the hotel apartments is excellent and close to the sea. It has a view of the lake and a view of the sea. The treatment is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have an integrated kitchen and a dining table enough for 4 people. An automatic washing machine with soap. It is 12 minutes away from Ali and Nina’s body. I recommend it to families.

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

Hotel facilities are bit worn out and below expectation (e.g. yellow stains between bathroom tiles, leaking shower head, smudges of concrete over tiles, some scratches on wallpaper...). The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos and the overall atmosphere of the pool was not what I expected, I think children were offered classes in swimming so it looked more like a swimming school pool rather than hotel pool for leisure. Also expect to be asked to wear head cover for swimming, if you want to get in the pool and this info is not communicated to guests before or during booking. Sauna and steam room are really good but this still does not make enough of value for what you pay.

Friends who book a room, this hotel has only 5 floors, and the first floor is like living in a basement. I stayed for 3 nights in a row, I was given the first floor, and it was fine to change to the 5th floor.
Breakfast is 66 lari per person.
The service staff was very nice, they helped us move the bed in case my son would fall off the bed.
The coffee and juice on the first floor are delicious.
The spa is different from domestic ones, very comfortable, around 500.
Opposite is the coastline. I go to see the sea and take a bath after breakfast every day.
It is very close to McDonald's. After the hotel turns right, there is a well-known local restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.
The location is very good, but the room is not enough for five stars, but the service can be five stars!

Our stay at Ramada Hotel was amazing and above our expectations. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful experience having our rooms next to each other and with amazing sea view. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi and saunas was great and we could relax in the evenings in a great ambience and amenities. The hotel is very close to the beach and a nice promenade. It is perfectly located with a wonderful view, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. We were delighted with the stay at the hotel, we were very well treated, and the experience was from the beginning until the very end above the expectations. We will be back in a short time.

Great place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city

This is a pleasant hotel; the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and come with balconies that provide views of the sea. The staff is kind and willing to assist. The prices are fantastic. Every one of the two rooms that we had was really comfy. The lobby offered a wide variety of activities that could be enjoyed by both children and adults.

The host of the hotel has a very good taste, in common places there are many nice things, vases and statues, the interior is thought to the small things, positive energy felt, yes, I am such and I feel all :) There is a common recreation area and a children's playroom. There are many candy, grocery, wine shops and souvenir shops near the hotel, sights also in a pedestrian accessibility, to the sea by foot 10 minutes. Room and bathroom/swim spacious, There are all the most necessary, even once slippers and toothbrushes :) The room also has a sofa, air conditioner, refrigerator and teapot (coffee, tea, sugar free). Furniture and bed are very comfortable, have been slept. Everything is new. Cleaning is perfect. Wi-Fi works perfectly, many Russian TV channels. The host of the hotel and the staff - guys are positive and responsive, solve all questions quickly. Thank you for the pleasant time spent at the Soft ;) If we are again in Batumi, we will only come to you, 100%. By the way, in November in Batumi +20 t and we even swam in the sea and sunshine :)

GGuest UserIn general, ordinary apartments, with the usual average renovation. The renovation is of average quality, nothing to admire. We stayed for a couple of nights, it would do for such purposes, just to spend the night, there was no comfort, perhaps we got such a room. At the beginning of May there were a lot of mosquitoes, the child was all bitten during those nights. The plumbing worked, the appliances worked.

GGuest UserOur Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June. We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

NNAIF AL KHULAGII had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others
