The hotel is centrally located with higher floor rooms offering amazing views of the Batumi skyline. The ‎‎room was spacious, clean, and also had a small balcony. The Reception staff was extremely helpful to ‎‎move us to a room with the facilities we had requested even at midnight.‎ Breakfast had a good variety including pizzas & khachapuri which was delicious. Several restaurants, ‎‎pubs, currency exchange services and massage parlors are within a few minutes walk. The reception ‎‎also suggested restaurants that offer authentic Georgian cuisine. ‎ Overall, had a pleasant stay and would recommend to families and friends for the facilities and ‎services alike.‎

The hotel has a strategic location and the rooms are very spacious. Although they are a bit old, they are fully equipped and are warm and comfortable to stay in during the winter. It is worth recommending that the breakfast here is excellent. Not only is it rich in variety and delicious, the owner and staff are also very hospitable. They will serve guests with good wine and the coffee tastes great. The restaurant located on the top floor has a wide view, and you can go up to the rooftop platform through the spiral staircase to enjoy the scenery. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend.

Hygiene: There is no free housekeeper, only paid ones, the overall hygiene is okay Environment: Right on the beach, easy to walk to anywhere, in the middle of the entire coastline, facing the Black Sea Service: Self-driving is not recommended, the parking instructions are not clear, you need to go around in a circle and go back to the Hilton parking lot, 40gel a day, at your own expense! ! ! ! I don’t really recommend this place for the price of Jukeng.

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Check in on your own. The cleaning lady is very friendly.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

It's a very good hotel according to the money you pay. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is quite enough. The staff is very kind and helpful on the coast of the centre. Breakfast is quite enough. Thank you very much, especially Marika. If you pay more than 30% of the money you're paying you'll go to a class at the top of a hotel, but I don't think it's worth it. There are people who say the lift is very slow in comments. Yes, it's not very fast. The solution can be simple to pay more than 30% and move the lift to the fast hotel. We were happy with everything.

Stayed 3 nights in the Muse room. Let's start with the fact that upon check-in, we did not immediately find the hotel and its administrator. There are no pointers. You need to take the elevator to the 9th floor and find the room where the girl is sitting)). I do not want to describe the situation of this room, but it leaves much to be desired. Feeling like they live there. In the hallway from 12 to 23 with a little loud enough music plays, the room is clearly audible. After 22:00 she already gave us discomfort. The room itself is large and spacious. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, disposable slippers. Stable wi-fi. Room with a balcony, a view of the construction site a meter from the building and a little bit of the sea. Bathroom. Very inconvenient toilet! Watering can in the shower with cracks, water goes in different directions. Everything is very tired. Well, a white towel with stains as a gift (we were surprised to change it, but when you get out of the shower without expecting this, it's unpleasant).
