"The water in the bathroom basin is blocked and it is not hygienic. The restaurant has flies flying on the food. This is a problem. Facilities, the room size is small, and there is nowhere to put the suitcase. The better aspect is near the center of the old city. It is very close to the European Square and the church. There is no need to take a taxi and take public transportation. There is also a common problem in all hotels, drying clothes is a big problem."

"We stayed at this hotel in January 2025 and would like to share our impressions. First, the hospitality is incredible. We arrived at the hotel at 10:45, the owner is a very welcoming and hospitable host. We were offered to hurry up for breakfast, which ended at 11:00, although check-in is at 14:00 and we only have breakfast the next day!!   Second, they allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.   Third, the breakfast menu is very varied: coffee, juice, wine, salads, pastries, jam, sliced ​​meats, scrambled eggs, fruits. Very satisfying and tasty. Fourth, the hotel staff shows genuine concern for their guests. They ask if the room is warm, clean, and also offer various activities, play billiards on the upper terrace, which offers a view of the tower on Europe Square, the embankment, or drink coffee. Special thanks to Irina! Our chef! A very nice lady, creating a homely atmosphere.  Fifth - The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Among the amenities - Wi-Fi, drinking water, shampoos, soap (both in the shower and at the sink), hair dryer, slippers, hygienic shower, a set of towels. Heated floors. There is heating, which is important for the cold season. Also in the room there is a TV with channels in Russian.   Sixth - the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the Batumi embankment, the sea, Europe Square and the Argo cable car.   We will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances. "The first night I arrived at this hotel in Batumi, I took the train from Tbilisi, and took a taxi to the hotel at the train station for 6 yuan Dolari. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can eat at a table and sit down. And the dishes are very rich, and the amount is very sufficient, you can't finish it at all. "We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly."
