the only good thing about this "Hotel" is location. basically impossible to reach the owners, dusty place with smell, everything is dirty and old. It felt like a horror movie Rude owners who only speak Russian. Do not book this place, just awful

Проживали в этом отельчике 2 недели. Все прекрасно! Хозяин и персонал приветливые и гостеприимные, если что-то было необходимо все решалось оперативно. Номер просторный, даже с двумя кондиционерами. Было все необходимое: холодильник, неплохой телек с кучей (больше 200 точно) русскоязычных каналов, фен, большой балкон, единственное возьмите с собой чайник и будет вам счастье). Но самое главное это расоложение отеля!! Настолько стратегически выгодного расположения для отдыха придумать невозможно. До моря 10-15 минут, как идти. Вокруг куча вкусных ресторанов и кафе, продуктово-хозяйственных магазинов разного калибра. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В общем, если хотите погрузиться в батумскую жизнь, рекомендую Pharnavaz 2010👍

Отель не понравился,за 7 дней ни разу постель не меняли,меняют раз в неделю)я в шоке везде где я была в Таиланде,Вьетнаме ит.д. каждый день была уборка)они только мусор выносят,влажную уборку не делают,ужас тур оператор специально пихнул нам этот отель ,в отеле мало гостей так как знают что это не отель а хостел,завтраки ужас одно и тоже фруктов нет, кофе нет только чай.. не советую данный отель
