This is the worst hotel I have stayed in during this trip. The service is beyond words. I ran up and down four times before I could open the door. As a result, the faucet was broken when I took a shower. I was speechless.

This hotel must give a bad review! It seriously affects the impression given to tourists by Batumi, a beautiful city on the Black Sea. The hotel front desk had a cold attitude when checking in. When I checked into the room, the key card could not open the door. I went downstairs and reported to the front desk. She gave a universal cleaning key card and went upstairs again but still could not open the door lock. Reluctantly, he went downstairs to negotiate again and asked them to send someone to accompany him upstairs to open the door, but they refused. They gave Zhang the door card again and said that they would make a new card for us this time. We raised objections and asked why they didn't just make a new card for the second time and caused us to go up and down the stairs. The two women at the front desk rolled their eyes. After struggling like this for nearly half an hour, I finally managed to open the door!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever encountered since I stayed in a hotel in my life, no one! The photos are completely different from the actual check-in. The attitude of the front desk staff is ignorant, the bedding in the room looks wrinkled, and the bathroom is blocked! Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there. Everything is working as a standard ordinary hotel should be. Price wise, it's still value for money. Location and views on the higher floors over the ocean and city are both nice. Night club downstairs can create a bit of nosy until about 2am every night. I wasn't too bothered with that, but had to wear my noise cancelling airpods to bed every night. 3 best things about this hotel are the gym (huge gym). Nice sunset and ocean view from the room. Very close to the beach. Although restaurants nearby are horrible. Old town offers better food for sure.

It was the worst experience that I had of staying at a hotel because of the following reason: The staff was not friendly and helpful. All things in room such as carpet, Bath, bed etc. was dirty and old. bed was not comfortable. The internet speed was really slow.

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.
