One of the worst hotels you can stay in. When I first arrived, they gave me a room with dilapidated furniture. The first night I asked to change the room, and their answer was that there were no vacant rooms. The second night, I complained to them until they changed the room. The bed was broken, and they sent a technician to install it, without any words, and he came back again.
The second room has a beautiful view, is wider, cleaner, and has been renovated. Its location is opposite the beach and there is no shower. The reception staff are bad.

Worst experience I had in my life. So crowded . Bad service. It seems to me it was a metro station not a hotel . There was nothing in the rooms as they offered just XS soap and very bad shampoo. No WiFi . It was by modem and payable. I think it's right to call it a hotel. Maybe residence apartments

We have stayed at this wonderful Apartment Hotel for a long term rental and we have been very happy here. We can highly recommend staying here. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony had an outstanding view of the green park on the New Boulevard and the Black Sea. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and blackout curtains are a relief for light sleepers, with AC/heating in both the living room and the bedroom. There's plenty of wardrobe, and storage space, with a fully equipped kitchen, good counter space, including microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is large with ample drawer space, a rain shower with good pressure, and plenty of hot water. There's a dining table, large desk for working and two TVs. Balcony furniture allows you to take in the fantastic sunsets. One downside for being this high up on the 36th floor is the incredible sound of the wind when it picks up and can be disturbing while sleeping. However, the views and the space make up for that. The staff at the building reception are exceptional! They are very friendly, helpful, speak English and are quick to help you with any problems you may have. We had a few maintenance issues that were rectified immediately without any fuss or delay. As well, the cleaning staff is remarkable and does an immaculate job cleaning up the apartment, leaving it spotless. And even though this is a very large building with many floors and units, the six elevators are very efficient and get you to your floor quickly without having to wait. With a splendid view, comfortable living space, city buses right outside your door, a seaside promenade, many nearby restaurants, a wonderful cafe on the 37th floor, along with a mall and grocery shopping across the street, it's a no-brainer you should stay here! So what are you waiting for?!

Ideal condition of rooms and linen. The only thing missing was a washing machine and an ironing board and iron. There is wi-fi, YouTube, TV in every room, spacious balcony. There is ample parking near the hotel. Everything you need is within walking distance. Sea view. Hotel +++++
