Hotel Soft Reviews

The hotel is well maintained, room was spacious, bed was ok and furniture is new. The location has supermarkets and a few good restaurants next to it, however not located in a very safe zone at night. A gang of kids tried to rob me one block away from it. Service is not rude at all, however one only member knew english and is somewhat rushed and not interested. Staff talks very loud at middle of the night and they are never on front desk. Room wasn't cleaned or it was offered to be cleaned during my 2 night stay.

Great hotel

Why is it called a mountain view room? There is obviously no mountain. The hotel is on the second floor, just one floor. The others all live in families, so there is always a smell of cooking coming into the room.

We, 12 retired travel friends, traveled on our own and stayed in six rooms for three nights on March 17. It is located in the downtown area and is very convenient for shopping. The shop owner warmly entertains us. The handsome guy guides the travel route carefully. The cleaning lady cleans 3 rooms carefully every day. The room also has a washing machine and simple kitchen equipment, making it a cost-effective choice for travel accommodation.

I liked everything very much, except for one thing - it was a little cold in the room at night. The radiator near the window did not heat. Please correct this point.

Close to the bus terminal

Everything is perfect. Good location, friendly, clean and good value for money. If you go to Batumi, you can definitely go to the Soft Hotel.
