Old Garden Hotel provides an exceptional stay, boasting a prime location and an outstanding staff. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The comfortable bed and tasteful decor added to the overall positive experience. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was limited, and the quality could be improved. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience at Old Garden Hotel was highly positive. The excellent location and exceptional staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, comfort rooms, a very good location The Hotel is in Hart of Batumi, and you can reach to restaurants and attractions, within walking distance. It is valuable for the money that you pay for it, I recommend it.

We rested in May 2022, we were a group of 4 people + a teenager. The hotel is new, everything is fresh and modern: furniture, plumbing, linen. Pillows are comfortable - this is important to me! Particularly pleased with the chic view of Batumi from the room: the sea, mountains and the historical center of the city. The breakfasts are excellent: eggs, cheeses, sausages, jams, pastries - a lot of everything, but after 20 days it was already boring, of course. At the reception, kind people, everyone speaks Russian and English. Of the minuses: sometimes dogs barked at night, but if you like to sleep with the windows closed, you will not hear. I like to sleep with an open balcony, so one day I woke up because of the dogs at night. The hotel is located in the historical center of Batumi, the sea is nearby, there are not many people, but we were in May.

Не рекомендую заселяться в маленький номер.Там реально негде развернуться!Нет балкона,сушить белье негде.Мы случайно попали в такой,пришлось поругаться,после чего нас переселили с доплатой в нормальный номер.Месторасположение отеля хорошее,в старом городе все рядом.С террасы на крыше отеля- прекрасный вид.Ночью шумно,то коты орут,то собаки лают.Очень много комаров было в сентябре,сеток на окнах нет.Завтраки не брали.

Отличный отель!не большой ,но уютный!Все есть!Хорошее местоположение! А главное очень хороший персонал!Ребята за стойкой реагировали моментально на все просьбы! Завтрака было достаточно!Все работало!Цена и качество соответствует!

Из плюсов этого отеля ,месторасположения и уборка номеров ,оно в центре старого города,до площади пьяцца 3 минуты,до площади Европы 5, до набережной тоже около 5 мин! Но номер нереально маленький,места не хватает даже для чемодана ,сантехника свежая ничего не могу сказать ,завтраки однообразные ( сосиски ,гречка/ макароны,омлет ,вареные яйца , 3 вида колбасы ,2 вида сыра ,масло ,батон,соусы ,маслины ,помидоры,огурцы,перец и листья салата ,бывают гренки и трубочки с сыром ,из выпечки :круассаны,панкейки , слойки с сыром .
