I stayed in this hotel on my first night in Batumi. I came here by train from Tbilisi, and it only cost more than 6 yuan to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, right in the old town streets. Although the room is not big, it is very clean and has a small balcony. The most surprising thing is the breakfast arrangement. Unlike many hotels where you have to pick it up yourself, the boss lady personally arranged the number of guests at each table in advance. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can sit down at a table and eat. The dishes are Very rich and sufficient, I couldn't finish it at all. This service exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Beware!!! Our experience at the Aristocrat Hotel in Batumi was beyond dreadful. When we first entered our room, we were horrified to find a cockroach crawling around, and the bathroom facilities were completely broken. We requested a room change, only to discover a blood stain on the sheets in the new room and a shower that was broken. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the photos online; it was shocking. The service was abysmal, and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. The hotel manager was rude deceitful, promising a refund that was never delivered. Do not come near this place under any circumstances!

This hotel has a very good location in downtown of Batumi. The beach and promenade is very close. But it isn´t a 4-star hotel, I wouldn´t give it even 3 stars. The rooms are ok and clean, the in the bathroom was water leaking from the shower cabin and the water pressure was low. They are not able to make breakfast before 9:00, so don´t book this hotel if you need to start your day early. The breakfast buffet is very poor, they have only the basic food like hard boiled eggs and white bread. The reception stuff was kind but they spoke only Russian and didn´t understand English.

Great hotel! I really liked it)) Friendly, pleasant and attentive staff. I had a room with a view of the city, beautiful old Batumi with narrow streets) For wine lovers there is a great wine shop nearby. And the hotel has a very welcoming and kind owner! Huge thanks from me!! I will be happy to come back again)))

I didn't like the room at all: a tiny, cramped room without a closet. There is no service at all. The trash was not taken out, cleaning was on request. The soap, gel, and shampoo ran out on the second day. After cleaning, they didn't even put soap in. The breakfasts were monotonous. The only hot food was porridge and sausage. I don't recommend it.
