Greetings to you dear Iranians Since our dear compatriots come to this hotel a lot and I see many of them here, I decided to share my opinion to help you We have been staying at this hotel with my wife for three nights now and our flight back is tomorrow The opinion I give about the hotel is completely fair and I am telling my own experience The hotel is very new and stylish and has a total of 27 floors, we are on the 27th floor and we can see the Black Sea from the terrace, but the lower floors do not have such a view and have smaller rooms It has three large and fast elevators and we were not delayed even once It is very, very close to the sea and the beach near the hotel is very great and the sea water is also unique and just a little cold. I have swum in the Caspian Sea, the Persian Gulf and the Aegean Sea, but the Black Sea is much better, the water is not salty and you don't need to take a shower when you get out of the water. Be sure to bring slippers with you because the hotel slippers are paper and slippers are useless. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and the breakfast is pretty good. Dinner is from 8 to 10, I think it's normal for dinner. And the food runs out quickly, but it's always being topped up, so be careful when it's topped up. Go ahead and take it. The hotel staff are polite and kind, especially the waiters. The hotel also has a small private pool on the 3rd floor, which was closed until now, but today it will open from 9 am to 9 pm. Note that the pool is only open in the summer. There was a sauna, and we went there, and it was very good. There is a shopping mall called Metro City near the hotel, where there is both a currency exchange and food. The drinks are very, very cheap, just buy a lot on the day so that you can finish them by the end of the day. The prices of cafes and restaurants outside the hotel are very expensive, and the hotel dinner greatly reduces the cost of the trip. We went to all the sights of Batumi by ourselves with the Bolt internet taxi, which is like our Snap, and the taxi fare is low. We took a six-seater van and didn't pay more than 14 GEL. The taxi fare was usually between 7 and 14 GEL. The toilets don't have taps and they don't have sprinklers like in Turkey, and it's difficult to go to the bathroom at all. Just think, this style is unbearable for us. The hotel lobby speaks English, but they don't speak English in the city and Turkish is more common. The rooms don't have boxed napkins, toothbrushes, or hair conditioner. There is also a gas stove and sink for the dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a hair dryer. Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, Check-in process was smooth and efficient. Room was super clean, equipped with every necessary things, including iron and iron table. Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday and put new things. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. Overall it’s was memorable experience!

On the positive side - a sauna and a beautiful lobby in the hotel and a short walk from the large shopping mall and quite a few supermarkets nearby. There is also a children's playroom in the hotel. The outdoor pool was with cold water during our visit time. The big problem with the hotel is that you can hear everything in the neighboring apartments. Especially if the neighbors are noisy, it's really annoying.

I had an excellent stay at Steps Batumi Hotel & Suites! Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a fantastic location. Restaurant and food there was tastiest. I was very happy and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent started from ideally cleaned rooms to friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. The location is very suitable it’s near restaurants and other attractions. If anyone is looking for a newly opened property with huge amount of facilities and high quality standards, then STEPS Batumi hotel is a great choice!
