First of all, they said that they would check the room and let us wait for a few minutes. Recalling that in the past ten years, whether it was traveling or business trips, I had never encountered this situation when checking out of relatively high-star hotels. Although I was a little puzzled, I didn’t think much at the time. I waited. As a result, I was told that the makeup mirror in the bathroom was broken after 2 minutes and we needed to compensate. I asked my family, and no one knew what happened. So I asked to go back to the room to check the situation. The moment I entered the room, I saw 5-6 hotel staff in the room I had just left. The mirror they were talking about was a movable round makeup mirror installed on the bathroom wall. Only then did I realize that the mirror was double-sided. The intact side when we checked in was facing the outside, and the so-called broken side was facing the wall when we checked out. Although I insisted that we did not damage the mirror, the hotel also insisted that they would carefully check everything in the room when each guest checked out, which meant that the mirror must be intact before I checked in. I was very angry. First of all, I don’t think that room inspections will be a measure taken for all guests. Secondly, even if the hotel checks the room every time when checking out, it cannot guarantee that it will find the problems left in the room by the previous guest. Thirdly, should we check all the facilities in the room as soon as possible when we check in to the hotel in the future? Since there are other trips to follow, we are also speechless. We informed ctrip of the situation as soon as possible, and the feedback and problem solving were still very timely. In fact, if we think about it later, if there is enough time, we should call the police on the spot. Words are not enough. Can the police make us presumptuous when they come? There is no substantial evidence to prove that the mirror was broken during our stay!

Замечательный новый отель. Очень чистый, вся мебель новая. Потрясающий вид из окна (мне дали номер на пятом этаже с видом на улочки старого Батуми). Местоположение отличное - в старом городе, в центре ночной жизни, однако в номере было тихо. Очень обходительный персонал. По запросу принесли теплое одеяло и утюг (хотя было бы здорово иметь доску и утюг в номере всегда). Завтрак неплохой, но не хватает разнообразия. Кофе на завтрак не понравился совсем. За завтрак я бы поставила 4, в остальном - крепкая пятерка. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за теплый прием и комфортное проживание!

Hotel Monarch - это роскошный отель в самом сердце старого города. С балконов верхних этажей открывается красивый вид на крыши старого Батуми и площадь Европы. Почти все номера отеля с балконами. Хорошо обустроены. Мне показалось, что отель совсем новый. Внизу в ресторане подают вкусный завтрак (шведский стол) . Много грузинских сыров, овощей, фруктов, омлеты и вкусный кофе . На ресепшен очень красивые улыбающиеся девушки. Не верьте тому, что говорят, что к русским плохо относятся. Мы были в Тбилиси и Батуми и везде в отелях и ресторанах к нам относись с улыбкой. Иногда молодежь просила говорить на английском. Батуми и отель Монарх обязательны к посещению !! Они оба прекрасны !!
