We stayed here for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms totally. The hotel was huge ,with a grand reception area. Hotel was conveniently located bang opposite a mall. Location of the hotel was very good. The rooms were large and spacious with big balcony which gave us an amazing view of the promenade and the sea. The breakfast spread was huge with lots of of different varieties. The rooms were comfortable and clean , though at times housekeeping was lacking. Staff were very polite and helpful. David and Kate were very nice. The hotel had a beautiful vibe, I would definitely recommend this property.

1. Let’s focus on the sea view suites It is 60 square meters and has two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom and living room each have a balcony. You can go out and enjoy the scenery, but they are not facing the sea view (the sea view can only be seen through the window) There is a football field, a beach volleyball field, and a beach soccer field by the sea. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock 2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. Замечательный новый отель. Очень чистый, вся мебель новая. Потрясающий вид из окна (мне дали номер на пятом этаже с видом на улочки старого Батуми). Местоположение отличное - в старом городе, в центре ночной жизни, однако в номере было тихо. Очень обходительный персонал. По запросу принесли теплое одеяло и утюг (хотя было бы здорово иметь доску и утюг в номере всегда). Завтрак неплохой, но не хватает разнообразия. Кофе на завтрак не понравился совсем. За завтрак я бы поставила 4, в остальном - крепкая пятерка. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за теплый прием и комфортное проживание!

Spent four nights at this hotel. Room was quite big . Consisted of a living room and a double bed room .Air condition was located in the ”living room” . There was also a little terrace in which the engine of the A/C was located so it was not covinient. There was no lights beside beds and there was a problem with the shower pipe which was fixed later. Also the frige did not work and had to be replaced..Breakfast was decent but suprisingly only from 09:00 o'clock...location was pretty good and the area was quite. In the close vicinity two supermarkets. One is 24/7 and the other till midnight. There was also bars and restaurants near by. As a whole it is a budget accomodation especially if you do not mind to take your way upstairs to the third floor because there is no elevator....

Great hotel and restaurant upstairs. The rooms are good, there is heating and air conditioning. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV. The rooms are clean with nice views. The restaurant is upstairs with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very cozy. The food is delicious, the portions are large, you really need to order in advance, but overall 5+. I would especially like to thank Irakli, he is very responsive, helpful and simply an excellent manager!!! I recommend this hotel!

We are a family with a child, stayed in a two-room room for 5 nights. We met at the resepchn hospitality, but the kitchen workers are not different in positive and joyful. Most rooms with tired repair and melting on windows, they are not completely cleaned carpets and sofas. It is much better to take a room with bamboo furniture, here is the price/quality ratio. For a good breakfast in the non-season it is not worth counting. But an egg with a delicious sausage, a raspberry, vegetables and a raspberry are offered. There is no teapot in the room, but it is allowed to go to the ”kitchen” and pour the boiler to whomever needs. Bed, towels - everything is, clean. The biggest minus - saw mice in a room with a red couch at night, after which we were asked to move. No wish to return to this hotel.
