Overall, it's a good lite version of the Golden Tulip with limitations in the parking area, swimming pool, gym equipment and food taste which is slightly below the standard of other 4 star hotels. Suggestions could be to provide valet parking facilities.

Staying close to the mountains, touching nature closely, the atmosphere is very cold, unbelievable that the day is hot but the night is very cold, but the room should be improved, the sound of children running hungry outside is very loud, like the room doesn't keep much sound. But clean room, good location, see Mount Batu

I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

I visited arjuna hotel at 28 September 2019 with my family. The services of the hotel is very excellent. The room rate is very affordable. The location of the jotel is very strategic because its nearby some tourism object ie: jatim Park 1 until 3, Onsen, and Batu Night Spectacular (BNS)

Love their rustic yet elegant Javanese inn. Solid wood bed frame, super thick mattress, Netflix in each room. Their eco friendly idea is applied beautifully; water jug instead of plastic bottled mineral water, tea and coffee in tiny jar and french press instead of sachets. They have their own café and restaurant: unfortunately due to this pandemic the restaurant was closed. The café serves espresso based coffee and some western dishes, but it closes relatively early at 7:30 PM

I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

Stay 1 night with 2 room booked. Location is strategic,near to everywhere,behind the trans shopping mall,but room space quite small and quite old furniture. Swimming pool is great and clean. Reception staff was nice n good hospitality and not forget to mention that rest room is very clean. Thumbs up..

The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

When I first checked in, I got a room on the 2nd floor with a wall view, finally I complained and asked to be replaced with a city view and even then a smoking room and had to wait an hour. For the size of a hotel 🌟 4 is not worth it for food and pool issues. However, the rooms and facilities and services are all ok, except for the security guard in front of the parking lot who is not very friendly to motorbike users. How come we are ignored, it's the turn of the car to be greeted and helped hahaha Oh yes, another minus: Mineral water is not provided for free refills TV is not HD (spotted) The AC is not cold enough The toilet has yellow/crusty stains

They has rooms with different themes, so you can talk to the hotel about what type of room you want. But there's no guarantee that you can always choose. I mean they could be very crowded at peak season. This hotel is definitely a heaven to 3-8 years old kids. They has lots of kids-friendly facilities, like small indoor playground, swimming pool with a few slides, mini golf with 10+ holes, outdoor wall climbing, and Ninja Adventure. For the older ones, there are also a library in front of the indoor playground, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam, billiard, ping pong, and also a small gym. Also, they're all free.
