The location is quite strategic from Batu city square, Lippo Mall Batu, East Java Park 1 and 2, Hospital. 24-hour receptionist. In front of the hotel there is an alphamart 24 hours. The environment is not noisy. Pool pool is clean after complaining. The room is good because there is a soundproof layer. I tested the sound set and didn't sound at all from the outside. The favorite room type is Standard Double because the interior is quite fresh than the type For the standard room and amenities are shower soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush.

I visited arjuna hotel at 28 September 2019 with my family. The services of the hotel is very excellent. The room rate is very affordable. The location of the jotel is very strategic because its nearby some tourism object ie: jatim Park 1 until 3, Onsen, and Batu Night Spectacular (BNS)

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Still looks new. Although there are old and new buildings. The excecutive room on the base floor is once spacious, although it is located right in front of the parking area but not noisy at all. There is a policy to combine 2 single beds. Very helpful. Wall painting in the room or in the main building is good1 Toilet amenities are not complete but still okay for those who often bring their own personal amenities. There is a children's play park that still looks very new. There is no rust on the iron - the bricks at all so it's safe for children. There is a small pool, just as a child play pool. But it's not too a problem because with the cool Stone city air, it feels a bit thought twice if allowing children to play in the water for too long. Breakfast is quite a choice, although simple but quite a bit to stomach. The parking lot is wide, compared to the number of guests/room, so not afraid of running out of parking.
