After booking with trip.com, the hotel can actually tell us that the hotel is fully booked and We need to pay extra for another room. They also asked us to absorb the fee they pay to trip.com.

location nice byk hotspot senang. nombor telefun kat google tu tukar la kalau dah tak pakai call tak angkat2 susah nak inform kalau check in lambat ke nak tanya ape2 ke . bilik berhabuk lantai pun macam tak bersapu . toilet lagi la kotor berkerak. hope dpt jaga kebersihan. paking kerete limited sgt.

The hotel is satisfactory and near to Kuala Trengganu.Even though we checked in late but the hotel’s staff is easy to contact. The cleanliness is very satisfactory. The price is reasonable. We checked out early in the morning and easier to us just drop the key inside the box.We were in a hurry to get to the jetty..Stay 1 night there for a walk around KT before going to redang island.

The room is narrow, dirty, very uncomfortable, not worth the price. Extra charge (request an additional RM11 during c.in on the grounds that the promotional price has ended).
