Sunstar Hotel

The hotel is located in the housing area. Therefore the parking provided is limited. I've booked one queen bed n one single bed for my family. The cleanliness of the room is impressive and wonderful. However the size of the room is too small for me. It brings a problem for us to pray as we need to pray at the small space in front of the door. So, if one of us is praying then nobody can open the door.

Hi . Newly open hotel , i think this one also room for rent monthly . Need to call staff when arriving and got public parking as well. Not a very convenience place but for the price and the cleanliness, is very high recommended. They only provide u soap, so u need to bring your amenities like toothbrush . The towel is for kids size but since I’m travelling w my mom then no issues . Very could and nice place for a short stay. Below at morning time got the nasi lemak viral for rm1, and the green thai tea also very delicious .

The badest hotel of our journey. We don’t understand the good comments for this very bad hotel. First it seems near the airport, but it’s not. You need 25 minutes to go there. Entering the room it was very stinking of the toilet of **** and feces. The faucet was broken. We didn’t had water at the washbasin. The rooms are very small. All the rooms are very noisy. You hear every car and every motorcycle very loud from two streets around. And the badest thing: An engine to give pressure for the water on the roof of this hotel is starting and stopping very noisy every minute. The whole night nobody can sleep. We complained and moved to another room downstairs. It was a bit better, but also noisy. The stuff told nobody complained before. Hahaha. Don’t believe him. It’s very noisy. Impossible to sleep one minute. We had to power on the aircondition to do some continuing blowing that we hear that other terrible noise a bit less, but it was still to hear. So we couldn’t sleep the whole night. Next day we had to stand up early to get our airplane. My wife could not sleep one minute. The morning we had to call and wait 10 minutes to check out and get back the deposite. Why the hotel got a deposite, if nobody is around to check out in the early morning. We told that at checkin. So the owner knew that we want a early check out. Also it was not allowed to take our shoes in our room. It was forbidden to take some food in the room. And again we don’t understand the good rates of this hotel. Could it be faked good comments of some friends?We think so. Don’t book this hotel. There are better ones. We like to write good comments for visited hotels, but here our stay was horrible. Sorry we could not write anything  good.

great place to stay

The location is  very close to the airport, about  RM 6 with GRAB. and 10 km to the  oriental village/ skybridge area. Situated in a very quiet wiht nothing to see and do.  It is very clean and well maintained. The amenities are beyond my expectation for a budget hotel. The room has a balcony with chairs and table.  The swimming pool is clean. I didn't try the food. We had our dinner at the eating place nearby.
