I ask for sejadah but the staff said only have one and already take by other cust before me. Next morning I wait for my breakfast until 8am theres no breakfast serve. Dont know where can I ask cause theres no staff. I also whatapps the staff which I get the no at the door but no respond from them. cust from another room also asking for their breakfast and us waiting so long 🥲

for those looking for a budget hotel that is close to the beach and all facilities such as food, I recommend this hotel.. it's ok if you have a floor.

Among many OYO hotel I have use, I would say Im less satisfy with this one. Initially given a room which has doorknob problem. After room change, the new room have malfunction aircond (long time to cold), toilet door damage and even found 2 wet towel in the cabinet. I understand I took budget hotel, but, come on, this is kot my 1st time use OYO budget hotel. But i should praise the staff there, very calm & professional handling my complain. Really felt been in good hand. Hope the management can see to this matter

Room rates are quite expensive with a 2 star motel standard. I have stayed in a 3 star hotel for the same price as this hotel. Prices need to be reduced further. Quite expensive probably because of the school holiday week. All hotels raise high prices.
