"I had a very deligthful stays for 3d2n here. Everything is a 5 star. I got a lovely cake with balloons for my husband birthday with a complimentary drinks for 2. The staff named Maryam & Zubaidah at kids area are very friendly with my kids. They provide many activities for the kids. Definitely will come back later for our short staycation next times!"

"I used it while traveling alone.
The type of outlet didn't suit me so the charger I brought with me wouldn't work, but they quickly provided a replacement.
I rented one room out of several buildings (houses), and the facilities were all clean.
The other guests were quiet so I was able to use it without any problems, and it was very satisfying as it was reasonable compared to the price."

"The apartment is nice and spacy and reasonably priced. Could stay there again. The check in procedure is quite complicated as the complex is run by a number of agents and individual owners. We eventually figured it out and the rest of the stay was good."

"The hotel is opposite the beach, the location is good, and there is Shangri-La Hotel nearby. It's hygienic and clean, the environment is very good, the handsome guy at the counter has a sincere attitude and can speak Chinese. Because I didn't do my homework well and didn't bring an adapter plug, the handsome guy even lent me one to use. Thank you so much! !"

EElleiOverall, we had a good experience at the resort. My child loved exploring the beach and pool, and the resort environment was wonderful. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room! However, I was a bit disappointed with the food—the taste just wasn’t up to standard.
The only major issue was with the toilet blind, which needed repair. While I appreciate the technician coming to fix it promptly, I was shocked that he entered our room and bathroom wearing outdoor shoes, leaving dirty footprints behind. I had to clean the floors myself afterward. For a 5-star hotel, this is truly unacceptable—basic hygiene and respect for guests’ space should be a priority

This Marriott property is arguably the most beautiful hotel in Penang, boasting direct access to the beach, pool, and lawn right downstairs. It also appears to have received design awards.
Ctrip seems to be a major partner, as they offer special suites (with two queen beds) that can easily accommodate a family of three or four. The prices were also more affordable than booking directly through the Marriott App – huge thanks to Ctrip for the excellent deal!
However, the hotel breakfast was extremely underwhelming.
Regarding cleanliness, it's worth noting that housekeeping staff in Malaysian hotels are often foreign workers, predominantly from India.
The hotel's surroundings are excellent, with a night market, convenience stores, and hawker stalls readily available. Just outside the main gate to the right, you'll find coffee shops, a FamilyMart, and other amenities, covering all your basic daily needs.

SSimon SiaVery suitable flor family vacation with lot of activities for kids. The swimming pool is sheltered, hence, kid can play even under the hot sun. The room cone with balcony with sea view. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is awesome with lots of choices. The beach is clean and plenty of water activities to try. There are 2 indoor playgrounds which are free and payable. Parents can let the kids enjoy the playground while relaxing

AAnonymous UserAs a returning guest of this hotel, I was a bit disappointed with the minor shortcomings that I felt shouldn't have happened. Firstly, the shower bracket couldn't hold the shower head for long and I was worried it would fall and hit my head while showering. In addition, the shower water flow was also quite disappointing because the water flow in the bidet and sink was fast and seemed normal. Secondly, the air conditioning was funny. I don't know what was wrong, but the temperature was still at 24.5-25 degrees Celsius even though I tried to lower it several times to 16, but it still returned to 24.5-25, which caused the room temperature to be quite warm and sometimes hot. Thirdly, the two fans in the gym were very dirty and dusty, plus the ventilation in the gym was poor. I really hope that this hotel, especially the maintenance department, can check and improve anything that should be done, both in the room and in the gym. Anyway, the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and polite as usual. Congratulations and thank you for your services.

IIcexiaoyiThe hotel itself is quite trendy, though the facilities are a bit dated. Aside from that, everything else was good. The beach is about a 5-10 minute bus ride away, with the fare being 1.4 per person. Despite this, it's still quite convenient overall. In the evenings, there's a free fireworks display on the beach that is definitely worth seeing.

The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit.
Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared.
The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out.
However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit!
Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

JJassie’s momOverall the stay was good. The hotel is very close to the sea. The room is spacious. But it overlooks the hallway so the curtains should be closed all the time. Breakfast was included but i got it only the first day. The next day they said they are out of it. When i arrived there was nobody at the reception and the door was locked so i couldn’t let my stuff there and had to carry with me.
