Found a cockcroach beneath the bed comforter.i have to kill it before it escapes. I couldn't sleep the whole night. My first and last stay in this hotel.i didn't ask for change of room as it was past midnight and my things are all unpacked.

Price compare other hotel is good. actually double tree price not much different but bayview got bathtub. more children playing swimming pool . near to beach . Final i choose bayview . For this price I think it's good enough.

- very close to the beach, which is great for walks, sunset views, and some water activities. 
- close to restaurants, night markets, and other Batu Ferringhi attractions. 
- pools for adult and kids.
- room are quite spacious and decent view

Spacious room, room air con is centralised, very cold and suitable for the hot weather. Breakfast is good, 3 min walk to the beach. Hotel pool suitable for kids fun play. Total 10 floors of hotel room. Grab to surrounding restaurants is also very easy

This hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The front desk service was extremely slow, making check-in frustrating. The towels provided were old and dirty, and my son even developed skin irritation after using the blanket. And the king size bed blanket with stain.
Found out cockroach feet on the bath towel. Omg.
The poolside drink prices were outrageously high, completely unreasonable compared to the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was average, with food made from cheap, low-quality brands.But the breakfast cost Rm55 /per pax.
Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

From check in to check out, everything is ok. Love the seaview from our balcony hotel room. Swimming pool big. Room big and clean also.
