An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a breathtaking view. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious toiletries, reflected true 5-star quality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for world-class service and unforgettable memories!

It was a rushed booking, but they didnt dissapoint. Went as celebration for birthday and everything was good. Hotel was kind enough to give us complimentary birthday cake when we told them.
Food: only tried the breakfast buffet, 8/10. So many varieties, and they were good except for the sambal nasi lemak.
Room: Bed, soooooo comfy. And you can change the pillow as to your likings. The bar soap, shower gel etc smells herbs, similar to the spa.
Facilities: the pool is okay, there are few board games that you can play at the lounge, but that’s about it.
Location: the beach is not private but it’s so near to the food hawker stalls (and pretty btw), they happened to have fire show during our stay, and it’s magnificent.

Room spacious with sofa bed inside even adult can sleep on that. Breakfast was very good and staff nice. Hotel was clean and had given welcome drink. Got playroom for kids and such many activities provided. Overall fantastic!!

We stayed in few hotels around Ferringhi but Park Royal was indeed remarkable. The service level was top notch. Even during breakfast rush hour, Saras attended us with a smile on her face. Thank you for the hospitality and will definitely come again.

The shower room next to the swimming pool has a water heater, which is the best feature. They offer shampoo for hair and body wash gel as well. After checking out, my family can still go there to shower after playing at the pool and beach. It's a great convenience.

Huge thanks to PARKROYAL Hotel! I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel really understood the assignment! They surprised us with a lovely cake, two adorable lovebirds in the form of towel swans, romantic rose petals all around — and even two glasses of red wine to top it all off. The romance level was off the charts! We felt so pampered… it almost felt like a second honeymoon !Truly unforgettable. ❤️🍷

We had a wonderful stay at park royal. Special thanks to Rafli, Maisarah & Melissa ,they were friendly and patiently taking time to answer all of our questions since this is our 1st time staying here.. Their hospitality truly made our experience more enjoyable.
The breakfast is outstanding with a lot of variety. It was definitely the best breakfast i ever had.
The hotel also provide a cake for complimentary as requested via email before arriving for my friend. It was sweet & memorable gesture. Highly recommended & i would love to come again!

The atmosphere was truly immaculate from the entrance to the beaches. Everything about this hotel was great!The is the perfect getaway destination for families and friends. It provides incredibly comfortable beds,great quality shampoo and more.The beaches were nice and clean too.
