Fast check in, but was disappointed that the staff provided wrong information when I enquired about the surroundings of the hotel. There was a cockroach in the room. It was very uncomfortable stay. Manager on duty did a service recovery.

We had a wonderful stay at Parkroyal for our anniversary. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with a cake. Thank you so much!

Swimming pool is small.
Really unacceptable to allow people smoking in the swimming pool area.
Breakfast place is not enough.
Guest need to wait long queue to have food.
Swimming pool staff is good and nice.

My family enjoyed staying at the hotel. The breakfast is just okay for us nothing extraordinary. Just make sure if you want to stay here, choose the room with a sea view.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and care goes into making everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent service especially the housekeeping. Dining was great and the service was friendly and efficient. We also used the spa which was lovely.
