We loved everthing about this hotel..its was my 1st experience stay at this hotel…receptionist n staf was good n so friendly…its my lucky day because they upgrade my room from deluxe guest room with balcony seafacing to deluxe suit with balcony seafacing…the room was spacious n clean…room facilities is good…view hotel is beautiful n near beach…love stay hear because very quite n calm..breakfast was good n love the coffee🥰..will repeat again..

This hotel has been the best experience of our trip so far. The room is beautiful and the outdoor tub is a luxurious touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The pool area is magnificent and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The food we've had has been perfect, exceeding our expectations.

I mean yes it is 30mins from the main town of the Penang, but look at the view.
Every morning we open the window and saw the pine trees the beach the sunshine and the sea it feel like a kind of new born.
People are friendly and kind，always willing to help.
Having time staying in the Lone Pine should be one of my best memories in Penang, can't wait to visit there next year's holiday!

Great service and will stay again.
Request Birthday celebrate before arrive the hotel and they are well arrange a cake. Love the hotel so much. Breakfast is the most great I take compare to other hotel I stayed. All the staff always smile with you. For sure will come again!

We honestly had a really good stay here! The staff were all very attentive. Location is great. Loved the room that we got! The whole place is just really beautiful.
Just a couple of things to point out is that we found a chewing gum on the toilet wall when we first checked in. For a 4-star hotel, such mistake is pretty disappointing but glad housekeeping came to clear it off immediately.
Also there are lots of mosquitoes in the area. Would highly suggest to bring your own mosquito spray as the hotel didnt have any. They only provided us with mat heater ones for our room but you would need the spray especially if you’re gonna chill outside the room and during breakfast time.
Other than that, we loved the hospitality throughout our stay and will definitely return!

This my second time visit this hotel from 10 years ago so far nothing change. Visited this time for 3d2n rain the whole time so we stuck in the hotel everyday. Once the rain stops we tried to go to the beach but the water was murky.
This hotel have very few choices for vegans /vegetarians so we need to order food delivery or we need drive 15 mins to a 1 and only vegetarian restaurant in Tanjung Bungah.
Overall stay is ok but the building was quite old but still maintaining in good shape.
