I must say that this hotel offers some real good experience for those that are travelling. But I don't really like the way they treat their customers since I'm kind of an introvert and they keep asking me more about something that they are not supposed to know. Please mind your own business...thanks

I was not given the type of room I booked on the first night. The hotel didn't provide bottled water. I was told to get water from the water cooler on the ground floor. My room was clean, and the staff was helpful, but I had to ask for room basics like shampoo and body wash more than once in order to get it.
