A hotel with no redeeming features. The building was poorly constructed the room was tiny. The bathroom was covered in mould and filthy .. the whole place felt unclean. The towels thin and rough, probably about 10 years old. The breakfast i wouldn't touch rotting fruit, coffee like pisswater, with communal bowls of creamer and sugar the orange juice bore no resemblance...i suspect some packet mix, that you would get in the 70s . Disgusting place, don't risk the pool, that looked filthy Better to sleep in your car

I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

Sudah stayed here several times when visiting the rock. Even though the hose is a few years. But the condition is still good. A little different. his staff is friendly. I give 3 star service because. One of the restaurant waiters service is very bad.. Monday, 21 Nov 2022. The last day I stayed at the Hanuman hotel. I'm having breakfast, and not a buffet. Alacarte is there. One of our waiters said from which room we were given a menu (it turned out to be a menu for outside guests, not hotel residents. Paid). I asked ”you don't have a buffet, do you?” (That means this is a question for the occupants of Hanoman's hotel room). The lady replied ”yes ma'am the buffet is not available, now it's alacarte”. But she continued. And we think the paid menu is the alacarte menu for hotel guests. And the menu has been processed. Suddenly the lady came again to give me the menu again... last time the menu was paid, the new one is free. Bg ”I don't know if you're from room no...” You know, it's strange that you can mention our hotel room. But said I don't know. Strange. We think the paid menu is cancelled. But this is not. Keep serving. And we were told to pay. Even though it's not our fault. We cancel. We chose the free alacarte menu for room occupants... we were very disappointed with this waitress... NO RESPONSIBILITY. He's wrong. But we are responsible!!!! We felt very LOSS... Because we didn't eat food that was included in the price from the hotel room. But the room pays 250 thousand for paid food. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED with the waiter 🙏🏻 thank you
