"I stayed at The Concept Hotel Batu Caves as a rest stop during my journey from Penang to Kuantan for Hari Raya.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, making it a great place for a short stay. The room was well-kept, with air conditioning + fan and free Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch.
However, parking was a bit limited, and there was some noise from the main road, though they provide free earplugs at the reception. Overall, it was a convenient and affordable stopover. Will repeat again."

"Convenient stay as its just nearby hospital selayang. However having difficulty to locate the hotel at first. I booked a studio room and satisfied with the room, however cleanliness should be improved. When i entered the room, it filled with musty hapak smell, i need to spray my perfume to reduce the odour🥲 otherwise everything is good😊"

"saya paling suka sebab ada water dispenser Coway di setiap level. just bring your own bottle, then refill la banyak mana you suka. housekeeping team has done their very good job. bila balik bilik, semua kemas macam first time check in. parking dah reserved untuk hotel guests and free je (deposit RM20). cuma satu je, parking hotel ada di basement bangunan in front of the hotel. untuk solo traveller, kena extra careful sebab agak gelap tempat parking dia."

RrayyanarThis hotel is great because it's right in the middle of prime Sri Gonbak. If you want to eat, you can go straight down and choose what you want. Mamak, Subway Sushi Pizza Zus Family Mart are all there. The only thing that's not great is that it's not clean enough for me and there's no elevator. Parking is okay because there's a lot of parking and it's empty at night. Sorry the picture doesn't match.

1. Strategic location, surrounded with eatery places like Kyochon, mamak, family mart, steamboat.
2. Quite spacious for 2 people and relatively clean room.
3. Shower heater and air cond work fine.
Cons
1. Got ant issue and was visited by 1 super big cockroach at 1 night.
2. Old aircond, so not so cold, even after 2 days left open.
3. Different types of bed mattresses: 1 springy and 1 not.
4. No lift, and needs to climb to the 3 rd floor
5. Only 2 plugs.
6. Door security a bit lacking: only door knob lock
Summary: good place for a short stay only.
