I love this hotel everything I have washing machines, iron and etc . I don’t need to worry where to find place to wash and hotel is very awesome and big I love it to be travel alone and is safe and grab everything is perfect. Great location and staff are friendly and nice . Thanks I have a wonderful day over there will recommend my family friend if I go there again .

Hotel services and reception is quite well but system of the lift is poor coz we stay at 33 floor and the elevator stuck on 33 and can't open the door while we press the emergency button but the answer is quite long when we all are stuck in the lift then so scared the alarm .At that time , we continue press the button and then they answer is to wait 2min , i think more than 5 to 10mins after that can open the door but the staff of elevator is never ask ”are u ok or what” he just call us to go out and manner is so proud

Best of the Best!! At first as I was searching for hotels and the reviews, some are goods and bads. Yet after came to Scarletz, everything was perfect I could say, staffs are friendly, they even let us check-in in advance. The room is cleaned, the outside view as well as rooftop pool are the best, just 10mns walk to KLCC, price is affordable. Honestly, highly recommend!!

It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

We had the most amazing stay here. The place is new so it was in pristine condition. When we first checked in, a few items were not yet set up. But Cllyrance, one of the staff was so helpful and very attentive to our needs. He settled our requests right away. Walking distance to pavilion and Bukit Bintang. Berjaya Times Square was very very near by car. The pool was clean and the view was superb! From our room we had a light display from the ts law tower. It was beautiful. They had a sky deck on level 60 where you can see the twin towers too. Definitely would stay here again! Wishing nothing but success!

This is the hotel I liked the most during my 12-day trip to Malaysia. The view is amazing, and the night view is especially great, so I think the hotel atmosphere will stay with me the longest during my trip to Malaysia. Thank you.

The place is a bit difficult to find since there are constructions still ongoing, entered the parking lot and got scolded by the rude foreigner guard as i did not stop the car for him to get my name which is not stated earlier. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean except for the mouldy fridge. Smart TV with netflix is a plus point. The bed seriously need some adjustment perhaps with mattress topper as its not comfortable at all. Other than the rude foreigner guard and the bed, i would say its a fair stay with the given price.

Pros: The location of residence is strategic as they have a linked bridge to eateries (mamak, cafe, many Chinese shop), convenience store, mart (7-11, KK, 99 Speedmart, family mart), petrol station (Petron). Somehow, it can be very silent and dark at night when walking at the bridge. The cleanliness of room is fair but could improve more as the sofa/couch is dusty and torn (I even had insect bites when sitting) but they cover up with a large cloth. The kitchenette had everything from utensils (spoon, fork, knife, scissors). It's equipped with an induction stove, a hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, big sink, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a cloth, but I knew it was not clean for ages because I almost fainted due to the smell, I had to wash it a number of times before using or else you could bring your own kitchen towel. There is also washing machine that has drying option, detergent powder, broom, dustpan, mop and a small portable clothesline. There is heater available but sometimes it goes off I doubt they have timer for the heater. The room was nice, but blankets and pillows are not properly washed and cleaned, it's obvious. The hall had TV box. They also had strong Wi-Fi connection. The hall also had small but wide coffee table, round dining table and chairs.The service from front office(maplehome) was nice and pleasant, one of them attended us was new or he was a trainee, but he still attends us well. The residence has a big swimming pool, child's swimming pool, a small exercise area, a small children's playground, a room with only one table tennis/ping pong table and a gym. The gym is quite a disappointment because there was 4 treadmill and 2 is not in service. One is showing error and one more couldn't even turn on (I have switched on all the plugs). The other machine was okay but only one or two can be used. The weight machine and others were very rusty and had no maintenance and cleaning. The only thing you can use is the dumbbell or weight, but it is also rusty. The lights can be turned on, but the fan couldn't so there was no ventilation, and I couldn't be in for more than 20 minutes. The sauna was in the washroom of the G(ground) floor, and it was not very safe as it is quite isolated from the security if anything happens, and it was locked because you need to inform the security and give your room details for them to record the usage of sauna. Cons: The main minus point in this residence is their elevator/lift. There were only 4 lifts in the whole block/tower with 38 floors. One of the lifts is under maintenance or I believe they it shut down, (tactics used by all residence/hotel to save electricity). The other 3 lifts were occupied every time. But the only thing I can't take it was during the checkout (on Sunday). Checkout time is 11am??? The number of people checking out is a lot and the lift will not stop until it reaches the top (38th floor). For your info, the lift stops at each level going up and going down. For example, I was on the 10th floor, and I could not go down as it have to go up first and then it opens at each floor until the top (38th). When it was going down, it opens again at each floor. So, I was stucked in the lift with no ventilation for about 30 mins, and I waited for the elevator for 20 mins. So, it's about an hour. We also chatted among the guest in elevator and all of them face the same struggle. Everyone waited for almost an hour for the elevator and mind you if we take the staircase, it is only accessible until G floor meanwhile the lobby is at the L7 floor (lower 7, lower than G floor). So, there is no way but to take the elevator. Next, is the environment that is silent and not much movement especially during the night which gives off creepy vibes. Furthermore, I did find a tiny baby cockroach under the shoe rack but I'm afraid it came from outside at the washing machine area.

i booked and paid for a family room (1 Queen bed + 1 single bed) but i was given a superior room (1 bed only). The reason given was all family rooms were fully booked and occupied. The staff said there is a faulty in the booking system (third party like Trip.Com). The staff said I was lucky enough since there was only one superior room available. I am surely lucky since my daughter need to go back to Johor. Just left me and my wife. Otherwise the room is not enough for us (3 of us). overall about the hotel was good, just the booking incident is a bad experience for me. I booked and paid for a family room but was given a superior room.
