3-Star Hotels in Batu Ampar

Hotel location is perfect, just about 5 minutes walk from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. I didn't get an Extra Bed as indicated in my room reservation. The reception said all extra beds were taken up. It seems the extra bed were granted to Guests on first-check-in-first-served basis. I ended up paid an additional room. Rooms are not sound proo. Noise from construction works across the road that continue working through the night and music from the Night Market disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was good but wish to have more varieties.

Strategically ideal for solo traveling who seek the thrill night of Batam night clubs and pubs. Hotel staffs are friendly. I would gives a 3.1/2 rating

The hotel location is convenient and easily accessible (walkable distance)from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and a convenience store is also available nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and we also received welcome drinks. Hotel amenities and facilities are modern. The room was decent and clean to a certain extent as there were some minor stains on the bedsheet/bed cover. The water pressure for shower was good. However, the toilet floor still got wet easily due to the short coverage by the glass shower screen. Loud music and people singing could be heard at night as there was a club/pub nearby. This would be fine if you don’t sleep that early. Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money and the location is great!!

酒店環境一流，面朝大海，熱帶風景一覽無餘。房間設施一般，沒有辦工作，衹能在廚房枱子上辦公。高腳凳凳麪與凳腳脱開，坐在上面需要小心翼翼，擔心摔倒。洗手間不沒做到乾濕分離，洗澡上廁所體驗不是很好，床鋪太軟，床架不結實，沙發不好。其他的還將就。

Really appreciate for the service and support the staff especially for the front desk staff who have been working well and friendly. I also thank the security team for their service in the event of receiving my bike and keep it well. I strongly recommend to everyone to stay in the hotel since the location is very close to the famous mall in Batam

1) Reception could guide some information such as where to take dinner, breakfast. All keep quiet. 2) Paid $139 for a night. Breakfast is terrible. Only fish ball and hard boil eggs. Just 7:30 am No top up fried noodle and rice . Staff hide some food I think chicken wings. 😊 3) Room wall are dusty and no information provided to contact reception or others. 4) Towels were too old. Should replace.
