"Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet"

"View from apartment was good. Not sufficient utensils. Only spoons and no forks. Sofa and single mattress stained. Found rubbish inside and under coffee table not cleaned. Wall socket beside sofa not working. Communication with staff was good!"

"The hotel is okay, here is what I feel
Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall
- The room is spacious
- Check in and check out is fast
- Staff is friendly
Disadvantage
-There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa
- Hotel is just facing opp Hospital
- Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon
- Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so"

"So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit."

"We booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms, beds & bathrooms are all clean. Even the towel smell so good.
Suggestion: Please put a chair in each room
Location: It's located at 'dark' area & not safe to go outside by walk, especially at night. But, it's safe & good inside the hotel.
Generally, the whole were great."

"Very very good! Clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Booked 3 rooms. The only problems founds are bed are little too noisy while turning and one of the toilet shower head need replacement (broken) due to previous quests damage it probably. Breakfast is alright. Service is good. Deposits is required even if it’s fully paid."

"Thank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam."

GGuest UserGreat location in the heart of Harbour Bay downtown with many eateries and entertainment outlets. Just beside ferry terminal. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Few downsides, no bathtub in room, many crows near swimming pool, run out of pool towels when requested and staff forgot to serve me coffee during breakfast (staff asked if I wanted coffee).

DDinO AmanSad but true, i was denied checking into the hotel even after receiving the confirmation.
In addition, the establishment took quite a while in resolving my status and did not extend further communication.
I had to outsource for another establishment for my stay.
However, TRIP.com's staff did an initiative communication with me and pretty much enlighten the bad experience i had with the hotel's establishment. I thank them for being responsive.
In conclusion, no more ”Zest” for my next accommodation list to facilitate my stay within the vicinity.

RRainbowsIt's a mere 10 mins car ride from harbour bay ferry terminal. We booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting room, the beds in twin room were huge cos they combined 2 super single beds. Service was pretty good 8/10 for me, though some junior staff were not so experienced or conversant in english but they tried their best. Told 1 service staff that we were short of 1 set of cutlery, he nodded and went into the kitchen, came out but resumed with his usual duties. I wasnt sure if he understood or he forgot about my request but i approached another staff who quickly attended to our request. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfast menu were the same. There werent much choice at the breakfast table given it is a 4-star hotel. I stayed during the vesak day long holiday weekend and surprisingly it wasnt as crowded as i expected, in fact tables are readily available when i went at 9.30am. Pool is small and the kids complained of pool residue when they showered. Ordered grab food and they will call to ask if we would prefer self collection or have it delivered to the room. Water pressure was low and i took double the time to shower. If u are not fussy with the water pressure, it's quite a nice place to stay.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at Pacific Place Hotel. The location is excellent, the lobby is spacious and impressive, and the amenities—including the swimming pool and spa—were great. However, there were a couple of drawbacks.
The breakfast selection was disappointing and could be improved. The bigger issue was the check-in policy: if you arrive early (before 3 PM), they cannot accommodate you unless you pay extra for early check-in. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait in the lobby until your room is ready.
Overall, it’s a good hotel, but these issues could be addressed for a better guest experience.

MMr&Mrs H1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. They had their iwn water dispenser too on every floor.. overall its great. Will dropping by again soon. Thank u Yello! Hotel Harbour Bay Teams. 👍👍👍

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

GGuest UserLocation is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if
it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis is our 2nd time here. Smoking room on the 10th floor. The front desk was super patient with me as i requested to change rooms twice upon check in. Housekeeping was great as well, accomodating our requests for morning room clean up. Water pressure was great, bed was comfy, ac and fridge was cold. Bathroom was slippery when wet so need to be careful. Breakfast i think has improved in terms of taste. Will return if i come back to batam.

RRashidI like to the hotel and the location everything near by food stall and Alfamart but the room need do more house keeping and cause small ants and cockcroachs is everywhere in room, cause of my food and drink the insects all come, hopefully the manager should do something abt it,.thks.
