"Location was super convenient, literally across is the ferry terminal and mall. Food stalls were nearby and right beside is a convenience store. Easy to call for grab to bring us around. Room was pretty big and check in was smooth. Room could be alittle cleaner and the toilet could be cleaned better as the shower area chokes up when we shower. Overall was okay."

"The hotel staffs are very accomodating and warm with their guests. The location is near Nagoya Hill Mall and Spas. However, the only concern I have is that the rooms are not noise proof. As the hotel is located at the corner of the roads, vehicles are heard clearly that causes me not to get to sleep. We raise our concern and we're moved to another room the next day. The room had the same concern but we really appreciate their effort."

First and foremost, a sincere thank you to General Manager Mr. Akbar for his warm hospitality and exceptional leadership. His personal attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and set the tone for the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Mr. Tarmizi, who went above and beyond to arrange shuttle services for my family. Not only was everything seamless, but his friendly demeanor and professionalism made our travel experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service in ferrying us around was truly appreciated.
Every staff member at YELLO Hotel Batam contributed to our memorable stay. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the restaurant crew – everyone greeted us with warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome.
The hotel’s location at Harbour Bay is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend YELLO Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. ZZenaYSLI had a bad experience during my stay. I booked two Triple Deluxe Rooms under my name — one through Agoda and the other through Trip.com. Upon check-in at 3pm, I provided six passports and was told we would be given connecting rooms, but one room was not ready and would be available in the next 30 minutes. That was fine with us, and all six of us went up to Room 1228.
However, when we entered, it was a Double Room with only one bed. We immediately went back to the reception to ask why we were given a Double instead of a Triple Room. The staff said they would add an extra bed, but I made it clear that I expected a proper Triple Room with one double bed and one single bed, as shown in the booking. If I had known it was an add-on bed arrangement, I would not have booked this hotel. Only after my feedback did they change our room to 1718, which we were satisfied with.
At around 3:45pm, three of us went down to collect the key for the second room, but were told it was still not ready. When I asked when it would be available, the staff replied they were not sure — maybe another hour. I was very disappointed. It was already close to 4pm and the room should have been ready by now. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did they suddenly say the room was ready, and gave us Room 1716. It left me questioning the service quality of the hotel.
On Day 2, after returning from a half-day trip around 6pm, none of our room cards worked at the lift. Both rooms’ cards were invalid. We had no choice but to go back to the reception and were told it was a card error. New cards were reissued to us.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me, and I would not recommend this hotel. Service and room arrangements were not up to standard.

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

LLeng keatWe had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our trip very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. Her warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Batam!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal, car ride is like less than 5min. Very ideal for those travel via Harbour Bay ferry terminal. On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short.
Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to request…… the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron better….. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They can’t do a proper soft boil egg, it’s either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room don’t seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says it’s a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you don’t have budget and don’t mind basic breakfast and the toilet’s shower head, it’s quite ok to stay.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.
