The first impression once step in was great. I'm a simple person, not that fussy so able to adapt to the environment within expectation. Booked this through Booking.com and was required to paid in cash. Not enough cash in hand. Luis the entrance concierge helped me out. He offered to ride on bike which he explained it will be more safer with him around. Thanked him for that. Entrance concierge - Credit to the young chap, Luis. He's polite and went extra mile. 5/5 Front desk - Always love the culture of the people who provide services here. As always very gentle and polite. But they will look better in standard uniform. 5/5 Room 601/602 - we checked in family of 5. 2 big spacious rooms with kids who are active running around. Cleanliness can be improve. Cups not cleaned. Still have stained. Room 602 not fully utilised with cup spoon, bathroom liquid or bar soap and shampoo not filled. The mattress not comfy as I can feel the spring. The hot water not working. Need to focus on essentials. 2/5 Breakfast - not much variety for budget hotel. Consider good enough. For family with kids, would love to see cereal for kids breakfast. 3/5 Checkout - It was pleasant as we traveled during the holiday of SG. They have taxi standard rate so u don't need to worry to travel around. 4/5 Location - Very near to pubs and shops. 5/5. Walking distance of 15-30mins to Nagoya Hill Mall. Overall Rating - 3.5/5 Thank you for the hospitality.

It's location just a very short walk away from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. As this harbour bay ferry terminal integrated building is going to be fully complete soon, as it's look like to be... but just can't confirm as this project should complete long time ago. I book the superior room as it's look new and clean to me. Nearby there is also the Harbour Bay Mall, two seafood restaurant and quite a few food store/kopitiam. Also it's just less than 10mins drive to Nagoya area for shopping and massage. Only down side was there no swimming pool in this hotel and also if you stay at lower floor you surely will hear the music pumping hard and loud as the club location on level 1 at this hotel, it will play till late.

First time stayed at Evitel hotel and was a nice,clean and decent 3 stars hotel. Room is quite clean with all the basic necessities.Hotel is about 5mins walk to Nagoya Hill shopping mall.Reauest for hair dryer and was sent to us last than 5mins.We will come back to stay with Evitel hotel for our next trip and will strongly recommend to our friends to stay in this friendly and nice hotel. Thanks to christine the hotel reception for her helpfulness to call grab to ferry terminal.And lastly not to forget the most friendly, courteous and welcoming manager,Ms Tanti.

Counter staff can communicate in english. Quiet hotel, hotel breakfast okay, location is a bit far from the city. Must grab if go out. Unexpected that hotel is giving the free hi-tea set to us however we couldnโt make it.
Bed is kinda soft and not really support our back. Overall is good.

We booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms, beds & bathrooms are all clean. Even the towel smell so good.
Suggestion: Please put a chair in each room
Location: It's located at 'dark' area & not safe to go outside by walk, especially at night. But, it's safe & good inside the hotel.
Generally, the whole were great.

I was very satisfied staying at Yello Harbour Bay because everything was great here. Very strategic location and easy to reach from the harbor or from within the city itself. The hotel has electric bikes and bicycles to rent, Game On room, chill spot, and other social space. The most enjoyable thing is of course the friendly and very helpful staff.

GGuest UserMy partner booked a standard room for my birthday. The room was on the 12th floor with harbour view (room 1231). The hotel building is 13 floors with the lounge on the top floor. The room came with king sized bed with bay window seats, the bathroom had a bath tub and a separate shower room. Plus point for ladies, powerful hairdryer! Love that there was a day curtain (manual) and blackout curtain (automatic with switch) to adjust natural light coming into the room. The staff throughout the hotel was polite and helpful. The pool + swirl pool + kids pool is on the 5th floor overlooking the sea. The gym (24 hours) and spa (was advised by the spa staff they opens 10am to 10pm daily) is also on the 5th floor, easily accessible from the lift lobby. The gym is well equipped with 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 3 stationary bikes, 2 free weight benches and some machines. The pool is clean (my stay was on weekdays) 25m in length at its longest length. Decent for laps. Great views overlooking the sea. The the whirlpool at the side is a plus point. Level 2 of the hotel connects to the adjacent Bayfront mall. The restaurants at the promenade are accessible from level 1 of the hotel lobby. There are a lot of food choices, mostly seafood restaurants. Also a hotpot restaurant. Only disappointment was the spa (Quan Spa). Went for the Quan Day Ritual for Two (2.5 hours) which included stone massage, ear candling, coffee body scrub and mask (plus V-spa Retus for ladies) for Rp 2,000,000 before taxes (with taxes was about Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). Quality of masseurs was poor (massage techniques, temp of the hot stones), inattentive service, unclear instructions (possible due to language; masseurs speaking simple English). Wasnโt told about the start of the mask, only to realized we had to rest for 15 mins for the masking process. Also insufficient information given for V-Spa Retus which was done near the end of spa session. Quite disappointing given the price point.

GGuest UserGood business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

BBIN SAIMI arrived early at 1030am and went to the reception. Fortunately room was available on the lower floors which I donโt mind. Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was huge with all the amenities and a huge bathtub with a strong and hot shower. Bed was comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Safe and fridge in the room which was carpeted. Swimming pool was big with a well equipped gym. My first stay here and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserStayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Staffs were attentive and could recognize my return stay, well trained for the F&B staff on food and drinks. Check-in/out were fast and no hassle. Will definitely come for the next trip.

( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my โme timeโ at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

GGuest UserAP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

GGuest UserBed ok, room bright and easy to sleep in, compared to similar priced hotel in the area..water pressure is OK. Shower also good..wifi also good and stable... Cheapest in the area.. Maybe because no lift... If you have no problem climbing stairs, it should be OK..
Location quite strategic.. Not too far from the harbour bay ferry terminal.. Same block with morning glory coffee shop, money exchange and minimart..
