We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our trip very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. Her warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Batam!

I had a great experience at Swiss Belhotel. Service was excellent especially from Tesa Iswandi whom was my guest relation officer, she helped me greatly planning my itinerary as well as preparing my room for a special occasion so special props to her!

Hotel was within walking distance to the Harbourbay Ferry Terminal. Buffet breakfast was included and the spread was good.

We are happy stay in Swiss Belhotel Batam, the room is big and spacious. Room & toilet are clean.
Room service is good. The Breakfast is more choice and delicious.
The staff are kind n helpful. Overall is very Good.
Will come back and here again. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, just what we need for a short getaway in the city area and occasional longer trips out to seaside. Breakfast spread is great, room is clean, bed is medium firm and comfy. Only thing was that the handheld shower head was leaking, but we were fine with using the wall mounted shower head.

Excellent services provided. This was my 2nd staycation. Ms Maya & Tesa arranged my second granddaughter birthday decoration upon arrival. All the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We will highly recommend relatives and friends to extend the support.
