Centrally located, but the standard room was very spartan, and unfortunately, there were slight mold spots in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Good, freshly brewed cappuccino. Underground parking available for a fee. Staff very friendly.

The four of us found this hotel comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Good location for visiting with family in Battipaglia. Fee parking under the hotel. But, the room was small for the 4 of us, but we just had a 2-night stay. The staff are pleasant. There is a comfortable lounge off of the lobby.

This place is always kept clean. You can see a real difference here. I particularly like the breakfast setting. Not too keen on their car park though as cars are too tight and could cause scrapes especially if you have a hire car. Get the bus timetable could work

We have just been lucky enough to spend a week here while visiting the area, from communications pre arrival onwards the staff were utterly charming and helpful to deal with nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well presented very clean & air conditioned, the pillow menu is superb & the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good with an impressive choice of everything from fruit juices to pastries. The hotels ambience is calm warm and welcoming. If you get the chance to stay here do so you won’t regret it and it’s very good value for money. Thank you Federico Francesco and the rest of the team

Stayed here with my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter in January whilst visiting family . Good service , clean modern room , and good price . Only recommendation would be to provide a small kettle in the room for your international visitors .

We have stayed at Hotel Palace several times over the past 6 years and have enjoyed it each time. For us, its location is close to family, shopping, and being in the center allows us to walk and stroll everywhere. During all our past and recent stays we’ve been welcomed by the same friendly, courteous, professional, and familiar staff who obviously care about our stay and comfort and make us feel like welcomed family home again…and we feel the same way too.

I really like the stay at this place. It's very clean and surprisingly quiet place. The breakfast was really well laid out with a good variety of continental treats and we really liked the personal service. It's very clean too with well managed table service and very clean tablecloths and napkins. I also really liked the cleaning staff we had keeping our room in ship shape condition. Well done Angela and thank you The parking can also be a help inside the garage Great location for us and close by to family and great for shopping near Pontecagnano Visit Sorrento and the coast from here including the local smaller airport that could be useful Well done the Management. I was very much impressed.

Very enjoyable stay with friendly staff, nothing too much for the staff. Great chilling out in the communal areas with a glass of wine or two. Central to wherever we wanted to go and not far from the train station.
