Beautiful lobby and outdoor seating area and very helpful English speaking staff. The hotel is well maintained but the room was very dated. No in room coffee. Air conditioning was weak (but if you closed the windows and cranked it, it did the job) and the bed was narrow and a bit hard. The pictures make it look more comfy than it is. It's pretty spartan. Bathroom was cramped. WIFI worked very well. The restaurant downstairs is outstanding. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special.

We were allocated this hotel by our insurance company whilst awaiting a medical evacuation following a hospital stay after suffering a stroke. We were traumatised and felt vulnerable, and we were made so welcome. All of the staff did their very best to make us comfortable, from the manager to the cleaning team. We stayed in the room as I was semi paralysed, and the cleaners showed far more care to me than I had experienced from the majority of the hospital staff. They rearranged furniture, changed the bed around me, and really showed, it doesn’t seem too much to say, love. The catering staff bought beautiful food to our room, and even sliced my food beautifully, so that I could eat one handed, independently. It seemed so wonderful to us to be together, having been separated during the weeks I spent in hospital, to eat delicious food after two weeks of not eating very much at all, to be able to keep clean. It was a much needed period of rest before the long journey home and what is turning out to be a very long convalescence. It will forever remain to us a very special time in our memories after a horrendous nightmare, and we will be forever grateful to everyone who looked after us.

The hotel has an excellent location and the parking is competently guarded and managed. The rooms are very large, very comfortable and have a nice bathroom. The reception staff are excellent and the receptionist is fantastic. A free bottle of water in the room would be a really good idea.

Business hotel in a central location, modern, elegant and well finished. I was for a conference and I was able to appreciate the excellent professionalism of the structure, clearly suited to this type of activity. Large room and courteous and attentive staff. Great Hotel!

I am writing this review to thank the Owner and the Staff for the professionalism and courtesy shown to me today. I had already stayed at this property two other times in the past, really satisfied. For personal reasons yesterday I was unable to go to the Hotel despite having made a reservation and not cancelled. When I went to pay the bill today, with amazement and above all admiration for the professionalism and kindness, I was informed that they would not ask for anything, despite my complete willingness to pay what was due. This is synonymous with PROFESSIONALISM. Not for the fact of not having paid, but rather to testify that in this Structure people are taken into consideration and any "special" situations for which they could behave (absolutely lawfully) in a completely different way, using the guarantees provided during the booking. Stage of a long journey, from Milan all the way down to Syracuse. Very refined hotel, with very friendly and kind staff. Beautiful quadruple room, large, bright, with elegant and comfortable finishes. Located on the main road, where you can take advantage of the various dairies located along the street. Definitely recommended

We only spent one night here but it was enough to see the very good standard of the structure. Clean, comfortable, perfectly air-conditioned room and strategically convenient hotel for reaching the station or nearby tourist attractions. The luxury finishes of the very modern lighting system were much appreciated. The only small flaws are the facing of the rooms with a view of the building next door, very close by, and some noises from the plumbing system at night (the shower draining, hours after use, and some changes in pressure in the pipes), nothing unbearable but enough to wake us up. Varied breakfast, sweet and savory, plentiful when enough so that anyone can find something to their taste.
