A ashes all in the photos in the bathroom (smoke free room ) , towels were dirty along with AC turned on it was so loud it started shaking the bed… phone didn’t work had to use personal phone to call downstairs

Front desk was option from check in thru the night and check out..I loved all the front desk staff they were pleasant and amazing wpuld definitely come back!

The location was convenient for us shopping and dining everything was close. Breakfast menu had variety. Property could use some updating but overall it is a decent hotel. We got a suite and it was spacious.

I have rented a filthy suite and I have tried to share that with the manager , it took 4 days for me to voice my concerns to the manager , they are aware of the problems and have been trying to fix it

Older property. Needs remodeling. Outdated. The best part abt the property was the Front Desk Agent, Regina. She was so nice & accommodating!

Not the Hilton! Maintenance was over worked resulting in rooms not properly maintained and projects not finished!
