We are locals but our youngest daughter asked for her birthday lunch at the panorama bistro. The last time I had been there was when my father was alive in around Christmas 1998. Dad has actually been gone since 2001. Kiras birthday lunch was lovely. Empty plates due to satisfaction, friendly and efficient service. Rest assured I won't leave it 26 years to come back to the ”pano” as it has become a new family favourite. Take care pano staff!

We stayed for 2 days and it was a lovely experience. The room is clean and spacious with full size kitchen. It was pleased to see the restaurant with full house of hotel guests with lively atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who look for good services and nice food.

We stayed here on the way through to the Hunter valley but didn't imagine that the ensuite sites would be as small as they were and we had to unhitch our caravan even though we were only there for one night.Wouldnt have had room to park the car down next to the caravan otherwise we wouldn't have been able to open the caravan door so had to park in front of the van instead.Also ensuite is on the opposite side of the van.Good thing was the laundry was only $4 to wash and $4 to dry although we had to put the dryer on a second time as the first drying cycle didn't dry the clothes properly.Also having a Garbage truck coming into the park at 5.20am in the morning disrupting guests is not real pleasent.Unfortunately due to what I have mentioned we would not stay here again.

Oh my goodness - this place is like mum's cuddle. We rang a ton of places hoping one would take dogs and this place not only say they would, they went above and beyond. We arrived soaking wet after a big hike in a storm and they tuned into our needs straight away. They gave us some old towels for the dogs, help getting our stuff dry, a warm welcome ... nothing was too much effort. Kindness costs nothing and means everything. The room was such good value. Basic, comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we needed which was a place to dry off, have a hot shower, a good sleep and a feed nearby. It isn't the Hilton, but you're not paying for that. Yet in terms of service, I'd rate it 5*.

Havannah was clean, quiet, very warm and just what we needed. This place would have scored a 5 if the owner was interested in improving some things. Like a previous reviewer, I too got the impression that the owner was scimping on things. The toilet paper and tissues were cheap and scratchy. The toilet paper holder was loose. The shower head was set a one setting and so it was hard if you didn't want to get your hair wet. The kitchen area was reasonably clean. However, the splashback had not been recently cleaned. Also, there was only 1 container for the microwave and only 2 bowls and 2 plates in the crockery draw.

Was in Bathurst for work. We all had nice warm rooms, a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and the bed was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you
