The location is really good, but there is no elevator & only one bathroom & the smoke exhaust is not good & the heater is very noisy at night & the cooking utensils are too small. These five points are not ok.
The view from the top floor in the morning is really beautiful, which is very attractive.

Penthouse had amazing views lovely apartment with hot tub loads of towels and cowshed products Excellent location in centre A lot of stairs though Staff on phone extremely helpful Comfortable beds very clean We will be back Highly recommend

Highly overpriced for the accommodation standard. Hygiene isn’t a priority but more so we were on a relaxing girls weekend and were woken both mornings by the paper thin walls a ceilings and bin men out Saturday and Sunday doing large loud glass pick ups at 8am. Draining issue with the property sink, much smaller than photos on the website-nothing deluxe about the booking and definitely not worth £400 for 2 nights. Really regret not booking a local hotel.

Tidy but such a cramped apartment. The bed settee was so uncomfortable awful…. For £400 for 2 nights I would have expected it to be bigger and comfortable. The shower literally flooded and leaked I slipped and fell. The manager offered us a full refund if we removed our bad reviews. Bribery!!!! Disgraceful. So we did and we got our money back. How awful! Do not waste your money…. Find somewhere else.

We stayed in the studio unit. This was a queen bed in a little nook and a full size pull out good for one child. This room was fine for our family of three for one night, but wouldve been tight for more nights or more than two adults and one samll child. The room was very well outfitted, clean and stylish. Most importantly, it was the best location. Right in the middle of everything you want to see in Bath. Very easy to communicate with staff, though they are not exactly on site. One problem, no elevator, be prepared to drag your suitcase several flights to your room.

Centrally located cozy studio, perfect for an overnight or even a longer stay. Minutes away from shops and restaurants! Wonderfully equipped with everything you need, including a very thoughtful jug of milk in the fridge for coffee + tea and lovely bath products. Really easy check in and out too, with a digital system. We appreciated the detailed book of instructions that covers pretty much everything. The only downside is the check out is 10.30 am, which makes it a tight morning. A great place to stay in Bath!

We arrived excited for our weekend ahead. The apartment no 9 is absolutely tiny, the pictures are 100% deceptive. No wardrobe space whatsoever. No where to put anything at all. The noise levels from outside… above and below the room was horrendous… worst night’s sleep we had ever had . No insulation whatsoever… we also had to wedge a bottle in the window to open it . What??? Whoever is responsible for renting out these apartments should be ashamed and should try sleeping in this noisy coffin for a night. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor…. Clearly a design fault… had to put soaking wet towels on the floor to mop up the water. One only plus was the location and it was clean . Please find somewhere else avoid at all costs. I don’t write reviews often but this is 100% valid. AVOID !!! How very disappointing when we had been looking forward to our weekend together to celebrate a very special birthday. Will be interested in the owners response?
