Had high expectations of my stay and it was completely fulfilled and I was impressed. Overall welcome and ambience was just right being professional and sincere. Our bed room, junior suite after upgrading with extra fee, was reasonably sized although the bathroom with the layout of the door made it difficult and slightly dangerous to enter / close behind guest. The spa village was busy but understandable; it felt clean and very updated overall so there was less of a concern on hygiene which is understood can be difficult to maintain standards. The breakfast room, choices and service was fine as expected so it’s worth signing up for. Although by day 2, it was hard fo imagine having another breakfast so possibly having breakfast for one day as an option would be good. Would have liked to have body lotion in bathroom as I had to rely on the one available in the spa village… and with 2 nights stay, toiletries were not replenished … Always a nice welcome when soft drinks / mini bar is complimentary ; although it doesn’t cost a lot to fill a fridge but small gestures like these make guests feel more welcomed Thanks for a great stay; would like to take my 80 year old mum here sometime in future as she would enjoy it tremendously !!

A very good hotel. A welcome card and red wine were given when checking in. Cheese, small biscuits with cheese and fig jam were given when checking out. Drinks and beer in the refrigerator were free. The room was cleaned very clean every day. Bottled water and glasses were placed on the bedside before going to bed every day. A lipstick and a sleep-aid fragrance were placed in the corner of the quilt. It is said that this is the only hotel with natural hot springs in Bath. The hot spring feels very good. Many parts of the body can be sprayed with water for massage. After the hot spring, there are dry steam, wet steam and infrared steam. The quilt in the room is very comfortable, light and warm. It should be goose down. English breakfast, milk tea is good👍 The improvement is that the bathroom shower is not separated into dry and wet. After taking a shower carefully, there is still a lot of water on the ground! The location is very good, just near Bath Baths and Bath Abbey, and there are many restaurants around. The mother of a young handsome man at the front desk is from Hong Kong, China, and can speak some Chinese. I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Bath🏨

Gifts were given on Christmas Eve. The service was very good. You can soak in the hot springs in the morning and evening. There is a sauna room. The hot breakfast is not self-service. Bad review. I ordered avocado toast but the bread was hard. It would be better to have a traditional English breakfast.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and bus station. If you drive here, you can park your car in the Southgate parking lot. We stayed for two nights. Due to poor sound insulation, we asked to change the room, but there was still noise from the road.

The room is very good. I stayed in different room types on both sides. The hot spring and breakfast are good. High cost performance. The waiter will not take the initiative to greet.

Highly recommended. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip to the UK. It was half buffet and half a la carte. Coffee and tea could be ordered. Toast was also provided first, and then a staple food was selected. It cost 40 pounds per person to buy it alone. It was more cost-effective to buy it online with breakfast included. There were 2 hours of free hot springs in the morning and evening, a total of 3 pools, and 3 types of saunas: dry steam, infrared, and wet steam. It was just that the experience of foreigners was not suitable for my physique, and I caught a cold immediately.

A classic British luxury hotel brand, the hotel has an elegant design, complete facilities, and attentive service. It is located in the city center and convenient for travel. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is worth the experience.
