I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

Celebrated my daughters 21st birthday the little touches were very special (chocolates/card left in our stunning room, 21st birthday plate at dinner & complimentary glass of whispering angel) all staff were very welcoming & friendly with great service, food was amazing & the spa faculties were very relaxing…. We will be returning! Thank you so much Homewood

Too many dogs for us, service and food generally good, nice double aspect room overlooking gardens and countryside, lounge areas a little limited. Easy access to Bath although parking difficult, we use the local Libra bus service from Freshford straight to Bath Abbey very easy and convenient and frequent.
