I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

Fantastic in every way. Spa is amazing and perfect for a few days away from home. We didn't take our dogs on this occasion but the facilities for dogs are fantastic. The grounds and gardens are beautiful as is the village. We took advantage of the tennis and the recommendations on the website for this to do including the clay pigeon shooting . All great fun. Got the train into Bath only 10 minutes. Just perfect.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Having spent 3 nights here for early september I can say the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and our room and that of our friends were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The main hotel decor is beautifully eccentric and compliments the building and groups. The spa facilities were lovely and we enjoyed the pools and massages and facials.

Brilliant experience at homewood celebrating our engagement. The team were brilliant and really attentive. We even had a little message and chocolates left to celebrate our engagement in our room which was a lovely extra touch.

Interesting make-over since Homewood has changed hands. Decor not really my taste, too hectic! Staff very attentive and always trying their best. Would not return.
