Pleasing music, beautiful lighting and wonderful setting of room. Staff are so sweet and patient as well. The food was great and provided choices for vegan. The music is beautiful, the lighting is soft, and the room is comfortably furnished. The staff are caring and patient. The food is delicious and vegetarian friendly.

Worse hotel and service Ive ever stayed in. Stayed in two superior rooms. Changed one to another because it was so bad. 2nd was no better. Look at the pictures. Two single mattresses stuck together with spikes sticking out, really poorly decorated and shabby. Dirty rusty and mouldy bathrooms. Stairs with torn carpet. Staff refused a refund and instead offered a free night stay! As if we would ever go near. This hotel is an embarrassment to the brand and youll be shocked. Not even biscuits or water, no room service as advertised and the free toiletries consisted of a single tiny bar of soap. This is a franchise of Radisson and obviously run by an owner solely focussed on profit and not people

Just a one night stay for Bath university visit. We didn’t use the bar or restaurants at the hotel. Our room was a garden room with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (no lounge). It was perfect for a family. The only criticism was there was a damp patch on ceiling and wall in one of the bedrooms which was wet and the room smelled musty. The staff came to have a look but as hotel was fully booked we couldn’t change the room. They gave us a de humidifier . On checking out they thanked us and advised that the room would be looked at that day and the damp dealt with and offered an upgrade next time or points. I feel the staff dealt with this very well .Overall a lovely hotel which is centrally located in Bath

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was allocated a room which resembled a cupboard, it was tiny, located on the first floor, had no window, no wardrobe, no ceiling lights and therefore was smelly and dingy. It is shocking that a hotel can charge over £100 per night for such a disappointing excuse for a room. At the time of booking there was no warning that there would be no window and that the quality of the room was going to be so poor. Other colleagues paid a lower price for a room with a window so the price wasn’t adjusted accordingly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were unhelpful and offered nothing as a way to rectify the situation.

Great location, just 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, clean and tidy. But on arrival our room was terribly hot with the air conditioning turned off. When we did turn it on it barely worked with no air coming out. Eventually we gave up with it and opened the restricted windows. We then reported the problem but were told it was working as the vent was cold. We were told to close the windows again but this made no difference. Breakfast was nice though we could not have a mix of cooked and continental. Car parking very limited and expensive so had to park 10 minutes away. When leaving I was struggling with two cases but was offered help by the reception staff. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay again.

Apart from reception area Hotel looked shabby, floors looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. We were put in a separate part of hotel four doors down which was even more shabby. Room didn't have a chair to sit on so had to stand to apply makeup and dry hair. On second day room wasn't cleaned or bed made. cleaner just washed the cups!. Shower took at least 10 minutes to heat up. On a positive note bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a very good location. I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel. When booking make sure you stay in main part as not convenient having to walk outside and up street to get to dining g room for breakfast.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the staff's hospitality, and the location is very accessible. However, the elevator is extremely slow (40 seconds+ for 2 floors), and I still had quite a lot of stairs to navigate to get to my room. Part of it is the layout of the building, but I feel that this could be a problem for people with hindered mobility. The room was very cozy and there were USB sockets in the walls for charging various gadgets. The room also had a mini fridge and a safe. However, the showers did not have an EU/US plug for low-wattage appliances (like shavers, electric toothbrushes, chargers, etc.), the rain showerhead was very low (my head almost bumped into it), and the shower was only partly splash protected, which made for careful showers. Overall - location is amazing, price is ok, there is parking (not cheap but brings peach of mind), and the place was very clean. The ******* and drawbacks are not enough to detract me from returning, but I will check out other options.

Poor customer service. We were told car park was full, but not advised where we might park. We paid near £200 for one nights stay, and that did not include parking, or breakfast. Minimum extras in room, for example no biscuits. Just tea and coffee bags. Our room was OK, just ok. Very dusty and not that special. Overall £60 would be fair, £200 is a total rip off. My advice is to find somewhere else where the staff care, and the customer is put first. Avoid!

We can’t fault the food and wine here …we had a lovely meal and drinks. Upset about the blatantly trying to fob us off with a fake bill. We asked for the cheque and were given a bill.The bill we were given was for nearly £140 … luckily I checked what we had (I get the impression most people just glance at their bills these days) I questioned it and got the correct bill very quickly.£80 ish ..big difference. No apologies whatsoever. Got the impression this was very normal having a fake bill ready to go. We re well travelled and can recognise true mistakes . Watch out!

Henrietta House is extremely dishonest. We were unsatisfied with the musty, below-ground, windowless rooms HH offered us, and took our business around the corner to the nice Doubletree. But HH lied to our cc company, claimed that we stayd
