這次在這家酒店的經歷實在讓人氣憤至極。我們退房後按照約定寄存了行李，原本計劃4點取回，但因火車延誤，聯繫酒店告知將延遲至7點取行李。然而，我們中途無法聯繫到酒店，直到後來收到酒店的郵件，要求我們在5:30之前拿走行李，否則就會將其扔掉。
我們費盡周折才找到前台的聯繫電話，打通後前台的態度讓人難以置信。他們極其惡劣地表示要把我們的行李處理掉，毫不顧及我們行李中的貴重物品。更令人無法理解的是，酒店5點多之後竟然沒有前台服務，為什麼一家酒店會在這種時間沒有工作人員值班？酒店作為服務行業，怎麼可以如此草率和無禮？寄存行李本是酒店提供的基本服務，但他們不僅沒有盡到應有的責任，還以極端方式威脅要丟棄我們的財物，實在令人無法接受。
此次經歷令我們感到極為失望，酒店的服務態度和處理方式實在讓人憤怒。我強烈建議其他客人在選擇這家酒店時要三思而後行，尤其是需要寄存行李的客人，請務必謹慎，這家酒店完全不尊重客人的財物。
