the room was average, cleanliness definitely could’ve been better. the surfaces were not wiped down in my room and the remote control was scary to touch enough to make me not want to use the television. all else was great, good location, friendly staff and the breakfast was goodtoo.

Hotel decor was really nice. The service was great. The food in the restaurant was great, costing around £40 per person for starters, mains and a drink. The hotel room was great too, the only issue being the AC was not working.

Excellent stay! Every staff member was lovely and professional, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was amazing—great variety and quality. We tried tray service one morning, and the food was perfect, with no complaints at all. Can't praise them enough!

The hotel was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing . Had a lovely time there and would book again next time visiting Baths.

One of the cheaper hotels that we could find in Bath but it wasn't a budget stay. We booked a double room with a sofa bed and got upgraded to two doubles and a sofa bed so the kids were happy.
All the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. There were complimentary cookies and popcorn on offer.
Location was perfect for the tourist sites of Bath.

The hotel is central and modern however lacks amenities such as swimming pool, spa etc.
Also the duty manager on our first day could have been more helpful and understanding, as we had issues in our room.

Friendly & inviting staff. Our room was nicely resented everything you needed, wash items, offer bags & milk. Room was very clean apart from toilet bowl which looked very discoloured.
Breakfast was nice food with good variety of food. Matteo was very friendly and helpful with a willingness to help in any way. Harry did a good job cleaning tables. It was a very busy morning at breakfast and these two especially Matteo were doing everything 😊
