It‘s a good place and close to everywhere. the room is big and yhe toilet is clean.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the city centre. The hotel is cosy and the rooms are big. And has a free swimming pool and sauna. Good value for money and perfect for a holiday.

It’s a beautiful hotel on a very good location just 9 mins away from the main bath spa Station. All staff were very kind and friendly. Thumbs up 👍🏼

Lovely hotel in a great location. Good pool facilities but you need to book at peak times.

The front desk receptionist, who was incredibly kind and accommodating, had to open the side door for us to check into our room when we arrived late at night after parking. The hotel is conveniently close to several well-known historical sites and dining establishments. We will definitely come back again in the future.

Hotel room was beautiful, bathroom with shower and tub. The bed was so comfy like sleeping on a cloud. Can’t wait to be back. Reception staff professional and helpful.

Imp note -book the swimming pool in advance , as there is small pool and if you dont book in advance staff very rude We went there to enjoy with kids at indoor pool , but cant get enough time Get 1 hour slot only , after that staff very rude to ask to come out Wont prefer again to the same hotel

This is a very nice, new and clean hotel sitting in the romantic Bath. Outside the window you can see and feel Bath culture. The room is pretty large enough. You can also enough whole day in yhe hotel with plenty of facilities like swimming pool and spa. Hotel also offer a fabulous breakfast and good service in the morning. The only thing that can be improved is there is no parking. You have to park in Charlotte street car park which take you 5min walk. The good thing is the car park is quite big and allow overnight parking while the car park next to hotel only allow few hours parking max.

It was a good stay. The pool was very cold, and when you dip your face into it will burn your eyes because the large amount of Chlorine. The room was great and the view was amazing But the housekeeping staff talk too loud in the 4th floor hallway so they let me wake up while im sleeping

staff is helpful and know our needs room is clean, tidy and spacious only a few minutes walk to different attractions

Such a lovely hotel. Looked after us very well … even stopping serving us when we’d clearly had a few too many. Shame but perfect!!!! 🤣
