Staff were very friendly and provided everything I needed. They answered all of my questions. The cabin was new and clean. It was completely equipped. The place has a nice space and you can find many facilities. Good location. At the reception you can find some stuff to buy as drinks.

Excellent and comfortable stay and value, hot showers, clean and tidy, kind staff. Easy to get to and great location. The hostel section has a huge kitchen and living area, heaters in the room and towels and toiletries, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the area is handy to all the stunning places around Bateman’s Bay

I stayed for 3 nights when my car broke down. Pet friendly accommodation that has everything you need. Clean amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. I stayed in both a budget van and a cabin with ensuite. I had everything I needed and I found the location to be good.

lovely staff found that we all were on top of each other . speed out owners with pet dogs as one barks they all do. we found it very hard parking van tight spot to man over around a light post and a tree plus Fire box other side and cabins so close, maybe only for motor homes? . thankyou to the staff member that helped us go when leaving as we had to go the wrong way to get out of the bay we were in xxx

Far too small and worth the money and time. Pet friendly but I have stayed in 100% better accommodation then this. There is no stove or proper kitchen. The cabin is extremely small. Mould in the bathroom ceiling vinyl is coming up in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards falling apart.

I stayed in the YHA section of the park in a twin room that could only be described as a jail cell. Definitely not worth $88! I've stayed in hotel rooms for $88. Couldn't open window, no fan for ventilation and right next to the women's bathrooms for the park so be ready to hear the slamming door all night and early morning. Mattress was cheap and thin. Just not worth the money at all, should only be $45 a night tops.
