This was our second time visit this hotel after Covid . First time was during Covid before sg close boarder . The first time impressions was super , they give us a big room with high floor , it was so beautiful , amazing , clean . So this round my 46th birthday we decide to choose 5days 4night stay . I had special requests on trips to hotel . I specifically say I do not want corner room as I am very sensitive to the last room of the hotels .
On the arrival day , they supposed to pick me at the ferry but the rude service staff name of Nuryana , she ask me to take a taxi myself . That’s a red flag , u r treating a customer we visit second time for her birthday who stay not just one night but 4 nights to self taking a taxi myself . Ok it’s fine
Check in they give me the last corner room n low floor ….. I have stated I wanted a high floor n I don’t want a corner room but they give me all the opposite request. Very disappointed this round visit .
The house keeping is good 👍, they r doing a good job in cleaning up . The resturant is good . Both level 1,2,15th floor resturants all have better service than the front desk .
Lastly I do hope that the hotel would improve on their front desk staff services . Do take note on customers little request . Don’t just give the opposite stuffs that we specifically stated we do not want .
Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night.
Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too.
Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk.
Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change).
Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free.
According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2).
Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year.
Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too.
If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

Booked for others, although different colleagues live in each time, the specific situation is heard, but this time I was told that the room is close to the woods and there are many mosquitoes.
Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all
I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.
The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok

There is no hot water in the bathroom, no shampoo, no drinking water, no daily cleaning of the room (during a 3 night stay), even though the room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and pillowcases are not changed, and the room is not swept, a lot dust/ash... 🙏

Cchan jian liangThe check in was fast, with 10min you will get into your room. Managed to try out their breakfast set for 3 days. Everyday will have a slight change in menu. Room is clean and cold. Location wise is very centralise to all the mall and 10 min away from harbour bay. Will come back and visit again
GGuest UserMe n my hubby really had a wonderful time ..The staff Akhiles is friendly and he gave us an excellent service when we having our breakfast there..the room is super clean n the breakfast spread is delicious..Would like to come back again.Ten q to all staff n especially Akhiles for their spendid service.
RRegan BWe had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night family getaway at this resort! Our kids (6 & 8) loved the facilities, including the kids' club (complimentary, though optional activities come with a fee) and pools (both our villa's and the beach bar tiigo's). The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff going above and beyond. While the location was out in the middle of seemingly nowhere, and cleanliness was good but not perfect, the exceptional service and facilities made up for it. The prices for food and activities are high and very much resort priced (around Singapore pub prices for drinks and food), but you have to option to order food delivery via Grabfood (collect from main lobby) so you can pick and choose. Seafood dinner at Pantai restaurant was good. Enjoyed the spa wellness programmes too, but again, very pricey. All said though, we wish we had more days there to try out all the family and outdoor activities, and we'd definitely recommend and return!
TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
FFanny OmgA very nice hotel, spacious & clean, helpful staff. The breakfast is good, & we are really enjoy it. This hotel is located nearby city area, & it's very convenient to go around with Grab. The weakness is the sound proofing, especially our room is beside the main road. Quite annoying with the motobike sound, & cant sleep well. For those sensitive to sound, may b can request higher floor. Will definitely come back again next time. Thank you so much
GGuest UserThere are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄
JJamezAs seen from reviews, we drop by a supermarket stocked up before dropping at the wonderful resort. Everything here is good but aging but the rooms are well maintained. When we reached, we were given a choice paid to upgrade to Tirta beach side. Which is the better side. Loved the island bar during evening but the menu is limited, so is the over price japanese restaurant and the main restaurant. Only thing good was it open 24HRs and the food / B'fast was just OK. The only Mart was not opened. Maybe it's open only on weekends. During low tide you could see alot of crabs n fishies. I advise you to visit a supermarket before you check in and check with them about what activity you are kin to do.
MMrSenVery old, slightly run down vibes in this hotel.
Mixed feelings, because it's situated quite central in Batam and clearly one of the cheaper options available.
The gym is pretty good, many different machines and clean.
Pool out of maintenance for a long time now and quiet small anyway.
The AC is very loud but works well.
Room spacious but carpet etc are old and don't give off a very clean vibe.
Most areas of the hotel are pretty dim lit, adding to the old vibes.
SSenen MacatangayStaff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.
