"I recently stayed at Woda Villa Batam and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The highlight of the stay was the excellent service — staff were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout. That said, the villa’s cleanliness could be improved, and there were quite a number of mosquitoes during the stay. Some of the facilities and items were not well-maintained, which affected the comfort level. With some upgrades in cleanliness and maintenance, Woda Villa could offer a much more enjoyable experience to match the great hospitality of the staff."

"I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top."

"hotel was at a good location, bedsheets and walls were slightly stained. only provided 1 pillow for each bed and chargeable for extra (non refundable). at the price point i think it was decent, aircon works fine, just a little noise coming from the pipes. room service food was quite good. however, check out took quite long."

"We had an amazing stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for a relaxing escape from the city, with stunning sea views and peaceful surroundings. We especially loved the private pool and the resort’s amenities — everything was top-notch. Highly recommended for a getaway with friends or family. Would definitely come back again!"

"We went on a Saturday and it was fully booked. We didn’t get a King size bed that we reserved. Breakfast the next day was also a bit chaotic, as the hotel struggled to seat guests at the same time. We had to wait outside for a while before we got a table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were standard. Rooms were clean and nice. The construction work in front of the hotel somewhat obstructed our view of the sea, which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. We could see the sea from our sea view room, but the view wasn’t that nice. Sidenote: Did not enjoy the Kelong seafood restaurant. The food was terrible."

"BCH is old but still well kept. Rain Shower water pressure slightly weak. Could improve overall room standard by ensuring the cups used in the room are well washed and cleaned without stains. Location is great - next to Circle-K minimart and warung kopi. Lots of massage shops nearby. Walking distance to BCS mall and A2 foodcourt."

"Review for Wyndham Panbil Premier Hotel Batam I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel several times, and it’s always been a fantastic experience! While the hotel recently rebranded from Best Western Premier to Wyndham, I’m happy to report that the level of service has remained excellent. From check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the process quick and smooth. The cafe team, especially during breakfast, were attentive and ensured everything was in place, which really made my mornings. Housekeeping was also top-notch, maintaining the room spotless and well-stocked. It’s rare to see such consistency in service, especially after a rebranding. The hotel still feels like home, and I’m always impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Batam!"

"The hotel stuff including housekeeper are kind, sweet, helpful and hospitality but what made me dissapointed is they used very old pillow it's already turned to white to yellow colour but when I asked to housekeeper they changed cleaner one for me and thank you for that."
